Contractor did not finish job. Had promised to complete several items, but after payment would not answer or return my calls and never completed job. Deck has a bit of wobble after less than two years. Contractor also lost building plan I provided him and got confused about deck dimensions.
Description of Work: Removed old deck, added footings and built new deck.

I would like to say that this customer changed the project more then once. Asked for more then what was contracted to do and then asked me to come out (which i did) to remediate a Waterdamage in his Basement that had nothing to do with what i was doing. I guess if i have been in Bussiness for more then 20 yrs and Have just One customer from all the Hundreds of customers i have had with a complaint then i cant be that bad!
