Description of Work: I had to schedule this work during November and December, two of the rainiest months. The crew persevered -- working in between rainstorms -- and got the job done well and on budget, working to high standards set by our home owners association.

 + -1 moreWe've had problems with the work. When they did the job, we thought everything was going along okay, although, the team of people that were working did not all seemed to be trained well. We've had some leak problems. They've been responding and we've been working with them, but we were disappointed with the quality of work that was done. I don't know if I would use them again. The owener and the supervisor knew what they were doing but the team of workers were not adequately trained. They were very nice, but the quality was not what I had hoped for. We had gotten a referral from a friend of my husband who was very happy with their work. We thought we were going to be happy as well, but the team was not well trained. They did do the work in a timely fashion. The clean-up was pretty good.

Description of Work: For single family home and garage - tore off existing shingles, repaired plywood, worked on pre-existing leak, replaced shingles.

 + -1 moreRick was great. This is a rental house and the tenants wanted the work done in a very small time window to minimize disturbance. Rick was able to schedule the work within this narrow window during the busy end of summer season. Work was complete in a day and half. Crew was courteous and site cleanup was excellent.
Description of Work: Tear off and re-shingle 1400 ft 2 rambler L shape with hip at each end. 30 year Certainteed laminate. New felt and flashings. Brought ventilation up to code. Also, replaced skylight ($125) and cleaned out gutters. 5 year warranty on labor. WA Contractor number #NORTHS*132NP
