 + -1 moreJose did a fantastic job on replacing the chimney surround on a condo on our property ! He was on time, on budget, great at communicating w updates ! We will be hiring Jose for our condo repairs and maint. in the future !
Description of Work: There was some split and rotten wood on the chimney surround that needed to be replaced. He removed the old wood, installed new composite material and treated lumber, and painted it. He even painted the metal stack on the top at no extra charge !

We initially wanted a quote on replacing a couple of windows but this wasn't something he'd done before (although he said he could look up how to do it). We ended up having him power wash our deck, patio, and wooden fence and replace fence post caps on the entire fence. Work was done efficiently and well.

He was very fast in getting here, he had all the right tools, he fixed my problem with my blinds, he was courteous and professional and highly, highly skilled in his domain. I would use him again in a heartbeat in fact I will use him again for other projects.
