He charged more to install pergola as his estimate was wrong on deck. I really got it cheaper. But fence quote was exepnsive. As fencing project five star ignoring price was a bit hight

We had a good experience with the first portion of our fencing project and rehired Ramiro for a second job. Ramiro quoted one price, we made some adjustments due to change in fence line and a portion was to be wood versus chain link, and m never received any indication that there would be a price difference. 3 months later the new fence was completed and I was told (without an invoice) to pay over $3K more than what was agreed upon. Lack of customer service, unethical billing practices, and an overall disregard for customer satisfaction forces me to write this review and only rate this company 1 star - buyer beware.

Ramiro replaced a 28 foot section of fence that was in bad repair. The estimate was very reasonable and the fence was replaced exactly as was requested. Ramiro was very easy to work with and kept us informed about how the job was to proceed. Both ourselves and our neighbors were very pleased with the results.

QUALITY OF WORK. Ramiro delivered a quality fence, well built, with good quality materials and solidly installed. He included a custom trellis that we requested and it is exactly what we asked for. This fence looks good and will last for years and years. Twice we had to remind him what specification we had agreed to in the bid, as he was planning to build it differently from the agreed-upon specification. Because of this, we felt like we had to watch to be sure he was building it correctly. ON-TIME DELIVERY. Ramiro missed almost every schedule milestone by a day or two or a week. One was excusable, as he had a truck break-down. COST. We went with Ramiro because he came in lowest of the three bids we got, and he had good reviews. Along the way in the project, we sent him drawings to finalize what we wanted on the custom trellis, and he agreed to our specifications. As we approached the end of the project, we double checked on the kind of boards he planned to use for the top of the trellis. Rather than conforming to the agree-upon spec, he planned to use a less-expensive option (different kind of board). He then re-agreed to the original spec but said it would cost more. We ended up paying several hundred dollars more than the original quote because of this change. He did not apologize for any of the changes or delays. FRIENDLINESS. Ramiro was always friendly and easy-going.

Ramiro installed a cedar and chain link fence for me on my property and the quality is superior to others I've seen in the neighborhood. You can tell he uses higher quality materials and his price was the best out of the multiple bids I obtained. The fence took longer than expected to complete but it's okay, I'd rather wait a little longer and have a high quality product than have it done fast and low quality. It went well. Romero had no problem coordinating the work I did myself, and his easygoing informal manner belied the professionalism and speed with which he performed the work. (Attached photos show fence before it fell over completely, and repaired fence with new support posts.)

Ramiro came and gave us an estimate as requested. He was professional and his reviews were excellent. Because of the Stay at Home Order due to COVID-19 we had to wait for 6 weeks before the job could be done. Ramiro scheduled our job for June 8th. On June 8th we received a call that the fence posts were not delivered. Ramiro thought they would be delivered on June 10th. We gave him an extra day and thus started our build on June 11th. From there everything went according to plan. We are very pleased with the job that Ramiro did. It is a "Nice View Fence." And we will likely have him come back next year to replace our 20 year old fence with another "Nice View Fence." We would definitely hire Ramiro again.

Just awesome! Ramiro was very professional from the point of giving you quote, advising you about fence options. I shopped around for quote and Ramiro without asking gave the best price. Ramiro organized with the city for marking and kept in touch on project schedule. Work was done in time and in a very quick manner! Quality work and on time! Can't ask for me! I have a beautiful fence now with jealous neighbors!

It took a long time to get the project done but that was not on nice View Fence. after we agreed on a start date it was brought to my attention of the issues for installing the black chain-link at the rear of my acre which backed to a greenbelt. That caused a delay which was on me. I got the area cleared and rescheduled. Well... this time of year Mother Nature doesn't co-operate so it was a battle of heavy rains and snow so no fault of Nice View Fence. The project is now done and the workmanship is fantastic. I would have to say the final outcome was worth the multiple delays.

Very well...Ramiro and team always did what they said they would do. Great quality work at a great price. Cleaned up everyday and showed up on time and job went as expected. We highly recommend Ramiro and would definitely use Ramiro for whatever service he and his team perform!

Nice View Fence will provide you with a good fence, at a low cost. I went out for several bids, and they were the lowest. However, you do indeed get what you pay for. Nice View did not use stainless nails, so within about 6 months, the lower grade nails they used began rusting and left rust stain trails down the fence. I resolved by applying a dark stain. My other concern is their customer service and willingness to stand behind their work. A large RV gate they installed began failing about six months after the job was completed. I called, emailed, and texted numerous times over a 3 month period with no response. I ended up going to another contractor who helped resolve, and subsequently used them for additional fencing needs. Romero’s a good guy, and his team does good work, however I suspect they’re too busy for their own good. Perhaps Nice View should consider hiring an admin person to assist with customer service.

So much time wasted. Romiro was initially prompt in providing an estimate for our fencing job. We hired him to do the work. Several times over the next couple months he failed to show up to start the job when he said he would, citing truck problems or another job he was finishing up. NEVER ONCE did he call with any update or explanation of delay. Instead, I had to call repeatedly each time to try to figure out what was going on, all the while trying to keep my various neighbors informed, who were expecting a new fence to be put up. Eventually, Romiro just stopped responding to calls and messages altogether and we were forced to start over with a different fencing company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I regret not reading yelp reviews on this guy before hiring him. So much time and energy were wasted. He came out and gave us a quote. We agreed, signed the contract and made an appointment with him three weeks in advance for him to install a new fence. Three weeks later, he texted me that he could not make it due to some car trouble. Sounds familiar? Another week went by, and my neighbor and I were still waiting to hear back from him. We made several attempts to contact him, but he did not answer our calls. So, I texted him one last time to cancel the contract and asked him NOT to do this to again to other people. If you are not interested in the job, at least have the courtesy to let people know. Don't waste your time with this guy. Why would Anglieslist recommend this guy? Please go on Yelp and find out what other people have said about this guy.

Ramiro wasn't able to start on schedule due to a truck breaking down, but was able to get started within a week of the original schedule. The work was completed promptly and the fence looks great. Ramiro and his crew did a good job of hauling off the old fence and cleaning up after they finished. The bid was the best I received in terms of price to accomplish the work I was expecting. Neighbors who shared in the cost of common fencing have also hired Nice View Fence to do other fencing on their properties.

We had Nice View remove and replace 260' of cedar fencing (8' tall modified panel with 2' lattice top and two gates) . Ramiro was very knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. The bid was competitive and accurate with no surprises or up-charges. The materials were top-notch and the crew was very courteous and efficient. The crew worked very hard without breaks until the job was completed, on time and on budget. We are very pleased with our new fence and highly recommend Nice View Fence.

Called and set up an appointment for a quote. He never showed up and did not call me.

Guys did an amazing job for a reasonable price. Other companies contacted were charging almost 60% more. The front gate, double door, wide enough for a car, started sagging. It was because a 4x6 post holding it had split and twisted. I called Ramiro and he came out and fixed it right away. These guys stand by their work!
