We haven't completed the project for window yet but they have installed a shower door and cleaned another shower area. Looks good so far.

The actual cost was nearly double the estimate provided over the phone based. They charged an actual hourly rate however when discussing the estimate over the phone they asked for "stats" of our home to estimate the number of hours needed to complete the job. Apparently it took twice as long as expected due to the size of our home, not the condition.

Cory wasted no time moving from project to project. One sprinkler head he repaired is clogged agan.

Fixed the drip problem from my tub faucet sooooo quickly - he zeroed in on the problem & fixed it complete injust a few minutes --- what has been driving-me-CrAZy for years!!!

Assuming the issue is reolved long term, I am pleased with the results. I am disappointed that I had to pay his hourly rate while the tech ran to Home Depot to pick up materials that we ended up not needing. I had to pay for two hours worth of work even though he was here only about an hour. :( Thankfully their hourly rate isn't too inflated.
