Representative was an hour late when he showed up to do our bid. Then it took them 7 days (yes, a full week!) to get a bid back to us. The work had already been COMPLETED by somebody else for almost half the price of the Mr Handyman quote. There are MUCH better handyman services available on Angie's list! Shop around!

The work was great. The quote was half done (did not include electrician costs).

They broke the tile they were replacing then they replaced that tile with new tile (which made them angry because now they were losing money on the job) and placed it crooked. They smeared brown caulking all over the tile so it looks like there is dirt on my floor. Rather than work on making it right they argued with me. I was only able to get my money back by contacting the parent company (I sent picture so they could see what a horrible job they did). I have to hire another company to fix they work they messed up.

Kory was courteous and professional. He measured everything before starting to make sure that the work was necessary. I would hire him again.

The technician arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. I had already purchased the wall heaters so he unboxed them and installed one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The one in the living room did not seem to work at first so I asked him to swap them around. After doing this both of them worked and have worked well since. I had a weak breaker switch and I asked him to replace it (this was not on the original request). Since he did not have one available he had to drive to the hardware store (about 1 mile away) and purchase the switch. This was done quickly and everything is working great. During the entire time the technician was here he was very polite, courteous and professional. The technicians name is Tom Heinz and I would ask for him by name if I ever needed their services again. Just a few days ago I received a Thank You note from the company which is always nice to receive. It made me feel important to them as a person and not just a job.

They came out to help me install Christmas light on a two story house. They got here late in the afternoon and it was getting dark and started to rain. I helped the guy install the lights on the roof of the first floor. We did not attempt to put them on the second floor due it becoming pitch black while he was here. I had all my lights labeled, tested and all of the cords ready to hang with all of the extension cords and adaptors also ready. The work that was actually done was hanging three strings of lights along the gutter of the first floor patio roof and one large gable. Since they charge by time and he was here over an hour examining the work to be done, the detailed light layout map and actually doing the work, I felt it was very expensive for what was actually done. He hung two of the strings including the one over the gable and I hung one of the strings myself and attached all the extension cords. He was nice and polite but I would not pay to have this kind of work done by a handyman again.

Smoky, the handyman from Mr. Handyman of Snohomish County Company was prompt. He had come out a year before for another work and that’s when he had noticed that shed roof was fading. He said it can be repaired and that all of it doesn’t need to be replaced. So, he noticed all that on his own and brought it up with me. I liked the fact that he took the initiative. I knew that the shed roof was a problem. He even told me that I could fix it myself. However, I decided to have him do it. I liked him the first time I had used him and so I wanted him to come back for this work. I would use him again in the future.

The handyman who came out from Mr. Handyman of Snohomish County Company did a fantastic job. We had shopped around a bit before we finalized on them. We found out that the company was owned by a woman, so we wanted to give them our business. I thought that their price was really decent. The handyman was very professional. He was timely and did good work. He was very responsive. He knew what he was doing and that?s always important. I would use this company in the future, probably very soon.

Dan was professional, helpful, cleaned up after each job, and stands behind what he does. Cindy- who owns this franchise came out to take a look at the projects at the end of the day as well. Very pleased with service overall! Will use them for other projects. It was nice to have someone dependable to address the jobs other contractors tend to blow off. But now I will use Handyman for bigger jobs as needed also.

Each time, Matt arrived at least 5-15 minutes early, and went to work quickly and efficiently. He carefully measured everything and made suggestions for the best way to approach the various tasks while being respectful of budget. I will definitely call on Matt and Mr. Handyman, Snohomish County, whenever I have work to be done at my office or home.

I wouldn?t recommend them. We had a patch done on the ceiling where it was leaking from the bathroom upstairs. Instead of just texturing that one little area, they did it for the whole ceiling. They were friendly and knowledgeable. There was increase in the bill. That was the second time we used them and had the same issue. So we wouldn?t use them again.

They are neat and on time, also very professional. Their prices are fair as well.

Prompt, professional, and work was done well. My complaint is that they tried to bill me for the time taken to write up the bill. I have not used them since due to this practice.

They were very courteous, prompt and cleaned up after themselves. The price seemed high for what they did but I knew beforehand what it would cost and needed the job done quickly.

Mr. Handyman has always been very punctual and professional. He really knows what you can and can't do, and how to properly do things. He repaired a hot water pipe that was leaking. He took the whole pipe out and replaced it, so it wouldn't keep breaking. He has evaluated some plumbing. He repaired a hole where mice were climbing in. I am very pleased with his services.

The person was really nice. He couldn't fix the sink after trying for an hour and a half while he was supposed to be here for only two hours. He really tried hard to fix it and stayed over an hour and half that I had paid for and took another hour for the garage door and fence. He didn't charge for the extra hour that he took which was really good. His price was expensive. I would not use him again because of his charges. He did a good work, he just didn't have the right tools to fix the sink immediately.

He was excellent and came out right away. He was so nice. He fixed it temporarily and came the next day to fix it completely.

The person on the phone was very helpful and the person who came to do the work was great as well. He was punctual, competent, friendly, and conscientious.

My work was done by Mr. Handyman, Snohomish County. Don showed up before scheduled time, was very efficient, friendly, and very patient with all of my concerns/questions. He accomplished much more in 2 hours than I could have imagined. I will definitely use Mr. Handyman in the future and am already recommending this company to my friends.

We asked for a quote and agreed it was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. They were here on time and were very neat.
