They were very professional and efficient and came in on budget they left my yard clean and did No damage they we're very careful not to damage my ornamentals and Roberto I think he is the manager he make sure to supervise everything.

Norberto and his crew did a fantastic job with my fence project. His prices are fair and they work hard and also communicate well. Would highly recommend!

Stone and gravel patio well constructed including retaining wall. Paver patio well constructed. Per customer request after contractor declared job finished, pavers joints were sealed with polymeric sand. Also customer had to request finishing transitions between retaining wall and pavers. In summary, contractor is excellent in construction techniques but needed some prompting to make clean, finishing touches. Good communication with customer. Completed job and is responsive to customer requests. Customer is very satisfied with end result.

This could not have been easier. Norberto and his crew were professional, effective communicators, and they really know what they are doing. They take pride in their work. If any of our other fences need replacing in the future, we will be calling them again!

The project was for installing a 25 feet long and 2 feet high retaining wall using manorstone blocks. The project was supposed to take 3 business days but it took a month and half to complete from the time the agreement was signed with the contractor. In the beginning of the project after we executed the agreement for the project, Mt. Olive Landscaping & Construction promised to complete the project in 3 business days. The project was not completed until ONE and HALF month later. I have never heard so many excuses for delays from a contractor like this one and I've hired many contractors in the past. They did not even know that they were supposed to have a City of Bellevue license in order to do any landscaping work in the city and get the approved permits issued to him. I had to hold his hands and tell him how to do his job when it comes to securing permits. I had to hound this contractor to keep the work going and for many days, I did not get any response from them despite multiple messages and phone calls. And to top it off, in the end, the contractor demanded MORE money than what was specified in the agreement because he apparently did not communicate with his materials supplier regarding the payments that I had already made to them to deliver the materials. In the end, the job was done but it was a very bad experience and I would NOT recommend hiring this contractor for any landscaping or construction project if you want the project to be completed in time.

Norberto asked a lot of pictures and information before coming out to look at the job site. However, he misdiagnosed the issue and gave an exuberant quote which was 3 times higher than others. He never provided detals work in writing when he was asked to submitted one. Its probably because he is not very knowledgeable in irrigation repair and thus not comfortable to take on the work. We appreciated he came out for estimate anyway.

We bought a 300 lb. fountain from Sky Nursery and needed a pick up and installation. Not so easy to find people that will do this for you! Norberto and his team from Mount Olive Landscaping did the pick up from the nursery, delivered and installed our new fountain with care. Running the wiring to house and set up took about three hours or so, and my husband and I were impressed with the level of professionalism they showed. We could not be more pleased with the results!

Norberto was very easy to work with and he did a great job with my back yard. I had some very strict timelines and work that needed to be completed around other trades (concrete). He exceeding my expectations on timelines and communicated progress along the way. I was pretty picky on the look/style of what I wanted and he was committed to doing whatever was needed to get my 100% approval. There we even a couple details that were not done to my approval the first time, but without any questioning Norberto took care of them right away. I believe this is very important when hiring someone because I have come across other contractors who try and argue or convince you otherwise so they don't have to redo the work. Norberto puts the customer 1st in wanting 100% satisfaction. His pricing was fair. I went had received other quotes on the same job and he was right in the middle. The lower priced contractors I did not get a very good feel that they knew what they were doing. I was recommend Norberto and his crew!

Norberto and his crew were hard workers till the job was complete. He installed a French drain, performed lawn aeration, over seeding, lawn leveling, and spreading top soil over the lawn. Serviced 3/23/2020

Norberto is an extremely hard working and conscientious young man. He removed a 35 year old lawn and put in a new lawn last May. He also fixed the existing sprinkler system. Norberto is extremely friendly and easy to work with. He checked back several times during the summer and returned to re-seed a few problem areas and fertilize. Lawn looks great and I wish I could post a photo.

Extremely well. The work was done as promised to my complete satisfaction, very hardworking and courteous, I was very happy with the work and would hire the company again as well as have referred the company to my neighbors and close friends. The workmanship is detailed and neat.

Norberto and his team just finished a week of work in my backyard. He was very responsive to the first email I sent to the back and forth pre signing the contract and throughout the process. He has a kind way about him that makes him easy to work with. We went back and forth on the slope of the retaining wall while i was traveling and he explained to me what was happening, sent me photos of my yard to images of different slopes on retaining walls and even added a coffee ledge that I wasn’t expecting. His quote was broken down to the multiple different projects that I was having him quote which allowed me to see what I could afford immediately. I am now in a better place to finish the rest of work when I have the money to do so. I will be hiring him again when I am ready to finish the of the work. He also started right away and worked long hours to get the work done, it just left my house at 8pm so that he could complete the work today. They were also very good at cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend him!

1. The only tool he has seems to be a shovel so there're many work he couldn't do; 2. He installed a rotary sprinkler head while all existing ones are spray heads. I started to notice that this new head delivers water much slower than other heads which ends up with much dryer lawn area. It's actually required that all heads in the same zone to use the same type of heads.

This home yard project went extremely well. I was very specific about what I wanted for a final result (dog hardy grass blend, easy to use irrigation system, remove old damaged soil and grass and replace / amend with healthy soil) and am very engaged in any contractor-run project. Norberto was able to provide reasonable options, discuss pros/cons, and what the maintenance requirements would be long term. Once started, the project moved along - he was an excellent project manager. I would check progress and he was very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. Any course corrections were made immediately. He is also providing follow-up to ensure the lawn comes in as planned and the irrigation system is functioning as designed. They were very carefully to keep the work area clean and ensured the gates remained closed so my dogs were not able to escape or get into the new lawn area. Between a reasonable price, excellent experience and consultation, excellent installation, and follow-up, I highly recommend Mount Olive for lawn replacement and irrigation system installation.

Norberto was clear in communication, easy to work with, and his team did great work. The retaining wall turned out excellent. They removed mossy grass and leveled the area above the retaining wall and hydro-seeded new grass. The area was cleaned thoroughly and looks much cleaner than I had hoped it would. Norberto worked with me to get the right blocks and they look wonderful.

I was very impressed with the work performed by Mount Olive Landscape & Construction. The response to my initial inquiry was timely and cordial. Norberto, Director of Operations, reviewed our situation in person and provided a viable estimate. We decided to hire his company for the job. The work team showed up each day on time, and was very diligent in their work approach. They took a weed infested, powder-dry front yard and left us with lawn that is the envy of our street. We are now considering the same treatment for our back yard, so I'll soon be contacting Norberto again.

They are very hard workers and got the job done. Our condo association hired Mt. Olive to do landscape cleanup all around our condo complex. Our bushes, shrubs and trees were very overgrown and crowding and they did a wonderful job.

From start to finish the job was completed professionally and on time! The weather was not the greatest to work in, very hot, but they pressed on and worked until work day was over. Only took appropriate breaks and did not waste time. Weed whacked and raked up cut material They were a pleasure to work with. For the first time in over a year we are able to see to the back fence!!

Work was done in a professional and courteous manner. Helped me design my pathway and offered suggestions which were very helpful. Work diligently to complete job on time despite adverse weather conditions. Would definitely hire again.
