Kseniya of Mister Cleaner came to our church in Seatac and provided a thorough estimate for stripping and waxing our fellowship hall floor by measuring all the areas, fully answering our questions about how the team would do the job, and offering a complete written estimate the next day on email. She was very personable and helpful! After receiving their estimate, she quickly and cheerfully provided references and insurance information when asked. Their estimate included a 10% discount on their price as a new customer, which is stated clearly on their website. We gave them the job because their price came in lower than the other estimates, and because Kseniya was very thorough and patient in answering our many questions! When the appointed time came to do the work, they arrived on time and went right to work. They even stayed longer than they originally stated just to make sure the job was done to perfection. We are so pleased with how the floor looks! It's clean, shiny, and looks like a brand new floor--exactly what we had hoped for. We would definitely recommend Mister Cleaner for their price, customer service, and attention to details while completing the job.
