My husband and I called him to do an appointment, we told him if he could show us wood samples. He immediately came to our house. he was able to explain the brand, the quality of the wood floors. our selection was Kentwood walnut. hand scraped. he also measured our entire house, and the square footage was 1300sf, before we compare prices with other company's, Miguel gives us a better deal, then all of the other company's. we decided to use him for our project. the best thing I like from Miguel, is in the process, he always had communication with us through the process. we ask him if he could do the job before thanksgiving. and he put us in the schedule right away. the only thing the hardwood floor was a special order, is it took 7-10 days to receive the wood. as soon as he received the wood, he personally brought the wood to our house, and he told me that the floors needed to be acclimated minimum of 4 days before the installation begins. the day he started to install the floor Miguel and his crew have worked rapidly to get the job done. it took him 2 days to complete the job. I was impressed with the performance. I would highly recommend this to someone else. thanks Miguel for your hard work.

Miguel was recommended by the supplier of our new tile as one of their better contractors. While he had a full schedule, I told him we hoped to get our master bathroom floors replaced in the next 2 weeks and asked if he could fit us in. He arrived that evening to look at the job, got us a quote the next day and said he would work on the following Saturday to do the job. He had to rip out some carpeting, and also old ceramic tile...a tough job. He then installed a new sub floor and our new tiles. He worked all day Saturday and had to come back on Monday, too....a bigger job than he hoped since the old tile was tough to get out. But it looks great!
