MERRY MAIDS

Description of Work: I called to get help to clean out/organize my garage, then assist with sorting and moving items from the house to the garage for storage. I also needed bimonthly housecleaning services. I was very clear on the phone that no inside cleaning could be done until the garage was cleaned and organized, as my mother just moved in with me and I needed help to get things put away. I was told the cleaners would arrive at 9 AM on 12/16. No call/No show for an hour. I called the office and was told they would arrive by 2 PM, even though I told the office person this job would be an all day event. They showed up, parked their car directly in front of the trash and recycle cans on the street, impeding trash pick up. They showed up at the front door wearing cutesy little knee pads and carrying a vacuum cleaner and a tool box of cleaners and chemicals. I had been very clear with initial contact that I have severe chemical sensitivity and did NOT tolerate any cleaning products. When I answered the door, they had no idea they were supposed to be doing the garage. I asked them to leave, since it was way too late in the day to start working on the garage and I was fairly irritated with these two little 18 yr olds who couldn't even figure out to park somewhere else on the wide open street besides in front of the trash cans. The price quoted for the initial work started out at $95/hr for two persons. By the time I got off the phone with the guy in the office, he'd presented several "discounts". I was subsequently charged the full amount.

Description of Work: WE HIRED MERRY MAIDS TO CLEAN OUR HOUSE. CLEANING WAS TO INCLUDE ALL ROOMS PLUS A DEEP CLEAN OF TWO ROOMS.

Description of Work: THE CLEANING SERVICE CAME AND CLEANED THE INTERIOR OF MY HOUSE WHICH IS 2000 SQUARE FEET.
