Lakeside Septic

Description of Work: Routine septic clean and inspection. Provider did the work required and provided advice on potential problems and system condition.

Description of Work: He arrived on time. Parked in the street and told me I had to move my daughter's car and where was the septic tank. She had surgery the day before and I didn't have keys. I had arranged my schedule to his to be there. He came around back and complained the tank lid under the deck access was too small and didn't have a handle and said he wouldn't open it. (The pump tank access was too small and I had someone out the next day to open it...new deck) I had told him it could be a pump problem and the house was 48 years old. He complained about the age, the access and refused service. I think he was just looking to vent at someone. All things he knew before he came. I had used Flohawk two years before. Told them I was beginning to back up and they would have had someone within an hour, but came later because I had to pick up my daughter from the hospital. They pumped first tank to give me time. Contractor came on Sunday and opened deck. They were there Monday AM to pump second tank. It was the pump and an electrician was here a couple of hours later with the new pump. I can't thank them enough. Lakeside deserves this review.

Description of Work: They cleaned out septic tank and trouble shot our septic pump issues. | |The repair was beyond Lakesides abilities which they admitted. They did recomended for the project. This was much appreciated. I will use Lakeside in the future and recomended that anyone needing Septic services give them a call

Description of Work: He pretty much called me a liar when he said my septic wasn't under my deck. I told him it was and that the previous company had pumped it for years and I watched them do it. He didn't believe me and said that people forget where their septic tank is all of the time. I told him again that I understood that but I knew it was there. He pretty much called me a liar again but then he found it. No apology. He did the work however but I won't use him again.

Description of Work: Rick answers the phone, he does the work. Very prompt, very clean. He even replaced all the stainless steel bolts in the septic lids
