Description of Work: Rick the owner responded quickly to my urgent call. My septic system alarm had triggered indicating a failure. He came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and pumped my main septic tank. In a addition, he referred me to an excellent technician to repair the pump. Excellent service!

A quick response and on site analysis found the real issue and got his referrals for how to move forward - it's nice to deal with a professional. Then came the routine pump out for our large septic system and a full systems check - you would think this is straight forward but our system is quite complex - exceeded anything the last vendors had done. Recommending Lakeside to neighbors.

Description of Work: On the initially scheduled day of service, the contractor called and let us know he had some scheduling problems. He said he would still make it out if that was our only option, but if we were flexible he'd like to reschedule. We were, so the meeting was rescheduled. When he came out I expressed interest in understanding how the system worked, and he was very good about taking the time to walk me through the entire system. He recommended a replacement filter, which was pretty steep at $150 for a simple component. However, we agreed and he ordered the part and re-installed it the next week. | |The only complaint we had was minor, that he didn't do the best job cleaning up - he forgot to dispose of the old filter and didn't wind up the hose he used when done. Not a big deal, but a bit of attention to detail that was missed. | |Overall pleased with the service, though it was a bit more expensive than expected. Will look to use Lakeside again, mostly because I really appreciated the extra time he took to walk us through the system.

Description of Work: Rick has pumped our tanks a couple of different times. The price listed here is more than just the basic pumping job. The last time, we needed a new pump and some additional work done, which included installing an improved alarm system. He referred us to a dependable electrical company to do that part of the job.
