Excellent work. It is worth paying a little more to have the roof cleaned properly. We bought our house in 2010 and had not realize that Moss was growing heavily on the north side of our home. After much research I decided to go with J & J roof cleaning because of the technique they used to remove the moss. They do an excellent job of covering everything with tarps so that the debris does not fall in your gardens or on your patio furniture. Very professional, very efficient and excellent work. We had a huge amount of moss on our roof so it did cost us more then it will cost in the future to have them come out and clean it and treat it. We will be using them yearly to keep up our roof and gutter maintenance.

Due to the bad weather our job was delayed for over a month but when they finally came they were quick and efficient, cleaning the roof and protecting our plants near the house. It was late in the day when they arrived so they cleaned most of the roof with a blower and came back the next morning to finish the cleaning and then sprayed a 3 year moss treatment. They cleaned the porch and deck of debris and around the house. Everything looked good and they guaranteed their product for 3 years as long as debris is kept off the roof.

The crew came out and cleaned everything quickly. They put down tarps and carried off the debris. They also cleaned the parking area and carport pavement and cleaned out one of the garage drains. Very quick and professional. They left everything looking better than when they started.

Jose and his assistant arrived early and worked diligently throughout the day. They were very conscientious about laying down tarps in the yard and around exposed plants. All the debris that landed in the yard was cleaned up in a very efficient manner. Our roof is shake and about 17 y.o., so we hope to get a few more good years out of it. Based on the work Jose preformed for us, his performance was professional all the way around and completed at a favorable price.

José and his crew (of one) arrived a bit late but had called to tell me so that wasn't a problem they cleaned out my gutters which looked more like a weed bed than gutters. Since this is a 2 story duplex I have a lot of gutters. After they cleaned the gutters they left my property cleaner than it was before their visit. Super job super people.

Jose and assistant came on time and did a fantastic job. The roof and gutters were completely clean. All of the debris was cleaned up and put in our yard cart. They even cleaned the roof of our storage shed! We'd recommend them to anyone but book early, they're really busy during the summer.

J & J Roof Cleaning Services provided a prompt in person estimate and scheduled services right away. They showed up as scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently and did an outstanding job gently removing the moss from my aging roof and applying a preventative treatment. They cleaned up all the moss they removed, José was extremely responsive from initial contact to the completion of the work. I was working with a tight timeline as I discovered I needed to have my roof cleaned before the appraisal for my refinance. José scheduled an in person estimate, provided a quote that was lower than others i had collected (approximate cost listed with review is the final cost including tax), gave me a clear timeline for when the work would be completed and followed through with everything he promised. He stopped by while his crew was working and stayed until they were finished to make sure I was satisfied with their work. He and his crew were very professional and his customer service was top notch. I would definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors and hire him for future projects!

This transaction, from start to finish could not have gone better. Jose provided a complete estimate on his first visit. He provided great communication as he was prompt in responding to text messages. He and his workers arrived as promised and did a terrific job on our roof. While I had not known that air cleaning of a roof was possible, I think that the work done on our roof surpassed what could have been done by pressure washing AND it does not degrade the roof like pressure washing does. Besides the hard work they did in doing what was requested, they also cleaned our skylights, our gutters and completely cleaned up after they were done. There was a lot of debris that came down from the roof during the cleaning process but everything had been completely picked up before they left. Jose returned today to replace several shingles that were broken during a wind storm last year and only then, when we were satisfied with his job, were we requested to pay the bill. I can not overstate how happy I am with the job they did and I would very highly recommend them to anyone that wants to deal with a totally honest person that provides a great service for a great price. I'm very happy with the work. The lead guy on his team was excellent, good communication skills, interested in making sure I understood some other roofing issues I had. Work was done thoroughly and all was cleaned afterward. The crew made special efforts to do some small interim flashing repairs that were not part of my original request nor part of the bid. Very professional group and I'd certainly recommend them for this type of work.

Jose did an estimate first and gave me a written statement on the probable cost. He is flexible on the scheduling when I was asking if an earlier date was possible. His crew showed up first to do the roof cleaning. Jose came over later to help to help to seal off a roof valley gap. We had a stubborn gutter leak. Jose came over several times to make sure the fix would stick. Thanks very much for the effort.

Jose was prompt, realistic, and fair in making an estimate, and he was very professional in the way he related to me. We agreed on a price and a time that would work for me. He and his crew promptly at the time and date we'd agreed on. They were very professional, efficient, and considerate while doing the job.
