Description of Work: We were very happy with Jose and his crew. We had them do an air roof cleaning, as well as cleaning the gutters and downspouts. Then they applied a moss treatment to the roof. They also pressure washed our driveway, which is a good size and quite steep. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything when they were done. They even washed the windows! Their prices were very competitive with the other bids we got. We've used several different roof cleaning companies over the years, and we've finally found our go to guys.

Description of Work: A follow up cleaning of our roof and gutters was done in preparation for winter. Jose got back to me right away, told me approx. when it would be done and it was done. He did a great job and expect to use him regularly going forward

Description of Work: I had to negotiate a price with them after I paid. He wanted to charge me 200.00 more and I told him I would only pay him 100.00 extra.

Description of Work: Cleaned roof& gutters w high pressure air. Very skilled professional. Did very thorough on-site inspection prior to giving bid. Discussed options explaining pros/cons of each. Draped & protected surrounding landscaping and deck furniture,etc. Left property in excellent condition w/o any debris.

Description of Work: They did a great gob and cleaned everything up. The only complaint, they did not put a tarp over the hot tub and I ended up with moss inside it. I had to drain and clean it out. |They arrived on time, got to work and did an excellent job. I even had them pressure wash the patio.

Description of Work: I called the J&J Roof Cleaning Service, the answer is the service only for the composed roof, and my house is with cedar shake, so Jose Sanchez (425-508-6365) said that we need pay for additional total up to $1000,00. I do not understanding what is $399.00 meaning? So I will give them "0" star!! Angie's List, please pay attention at this company! This company will kill your reputation!!!
