Very well, quite happy with the quality of the outcome. Jose was easy to work with, very friendly and professional. His crews were on time and worked hard (drywall hanging crew put in a good 12hr day). We had a couple glitches with timing/scheduling, but that seemed reasonable given that most of the work was done across the Thanksgiving holiday week. At the same time, Jose was flexible in rescheduling his start date due to some of my own inspection related delays. I suspect it is the nature of the business, but I feel additional home/owner supervision is almost always necessary - had I not been on site, the hanging crew likely would have missed several hole-cuts for lighting or outlets - and my contribution on minor re-works likely saved some crew shuffling effort - since the mud/tape crew doesn't touch drywall hanging/cutting territory and vice versa...
