In-House was timely, proud of their work, thoughtful and kind from the office manager to the technician.. We would call them again.

They arrived on time, despite a lot of snow on the ground. They were courteous and professional and I would hire them again.

Technician Dan was delightful and conscientious. Work done included two outlets that didn't work plus another weak point. All of which were corrected in a professional manner. Will use again if necessary.

I was told to trouble shoot the fan was $285, but that would be applied towards installation of a new fan. It turns out the fan motor was bad. Okay. Then to install a new fan, they were going to charge another $300. $600 to install a fan is ridiculous. This is a rip off. I will make sure I will never use this company again for anything.

Tech on site was friendly and professional. I have not had enough recent contact with residential service to know whether the price is market. Positive first experience but will need to evaluate whether the price is market or above.

Really great to work with this company. The tech who came to our house investigated the problem and made every attempt to repair (vs other companies that immediately recommended replacing our baseboard heaters with expensive options). He got our heat working again pretty quickly, explained the problem, and made recommendations for short and long term solutions. We definitely will call them again when we want to replace our baseboard heaters in the future.

Showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem in the time they said they would. The repairman was pleasant to deal with.
