Although they had to come back to fix the original problem they were professional and cheerful. Final result was good. I thought the electricians care about doing the job right.

Alisa at their office made an appointment with us in minutes after requesting an estimate on HomeAdvisor, then John came out and went over all the options explaining if it was his place how he would do it and...made me understand what was required to do the job properly. The pricing seemed high to me at first but after seeing how much work and all the copper required...you get what you pay for!! After accepting the estimate the job was completed in one day the following week. Techs Dan and Eli helped us run 220v 6/4 60-amp GFI to our new hot tub, plus alongside that a 110v 20-amp GFI in conduit with a sub-panel. Both techs were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this company if you want to be confident the job was done right!

The technician took the time to educate me on the problem. He checked other units and undated several GFIs in additional to my original problem.

Technician was very knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot and resolve issue very quickly. Did seem a bit pricey for the amount of time it took, but as loss of power to multiple lights and outlets tuned out to be a faulty circuit breaker which ultimately needed replacing, the work was beyond my scope of home repair (I had already tried resetting at GFI and the circuit breaker panel, and suspected the panel might be the issue). The tech was very pleasant, and made recommendations on ways to avoid overloading circuits in the future, which was probably the demise of the faulty circuit. Would recommend and use again if needed.

Arrived 1 minute before end of 2 hour window to start. I called the company an hour before my window of time to ask on status. When they did not have any status - I should have known. Since he was so late and I had to pick up my kid, I had to leave. Thankfully I had another service man at the house and I arranged for him to let the electrician in to service the fans. He arrived took less than 10 mins to come up with his recommendation - not his problem, call another place it ?must be a ventilation issue?. He gave me this notification via text and left. When I got the text I tried calling him back - he did not answer. I called dispatch and complained. They called him and got him to return to finish the job. It was not a ventilation issue. As suspected - the fans aren?t large to do the job. At the recommendation of the other service man, I went and bought myself the bathroom fans and saved $700 from what the electrician had quoted me. So yeah...not a good experience and not worth the money!
