My experience with In House Electric was overall, very good. From start to finish the office staff and electricians were very knowledgeable and helpful. They completed the work more quickly than anticipated and they cleaned up completely afterward. I would recommend them for any electrical work!

I had a ceiling fan installed to an existing light fixture, it was straight forward with no complications or extra wiring required. It cost $740 which I thought was outrageous. But it was my fault that I had to go with it because I had company coming and needed the fan installed and didn t have time to get extra bids. When I made the appointment I told them that I wanted a separate switch for the light and the fan. Afterr the electricians arrived and looked at the job they had to go to the store a buy supplies, what electrician does have the proper supplies in their truck to install a simple ceiling fan? In total it took 3.5 hours for 2 people to install the fan.

Little high price

They came when they said they would. Performed the work of moving an electrical outlet quickly. Answered our questions on other potential projects.

The company said they could repair our fans or there would be no change for the troubleshoot. They came out and could not repair the fans. Before they came out we mentioned that we were 95% certain that the issue was a circuit board which they said they could fix. After arriving the repair man said they don't work on circuit boards. We were still changed! They reduced the repair estimate cost but we would not have hired them if we had known that they don't install circuit boards. Plan on paying $289.00 for this company just to come to your house!

The cost of the work did not exceed the estimate. It was done quickly and efficiently.

I'm really happy with my experience with this company, which contacted me immediately upon receiving my request and booked a service call within 48 hours. My technician Marciel turned up on time on the early side of the 2-hour window and was very courteous and informative. He checked the non-functioning powerpoint and the fusebox, gave clear explanations about the problem and fixed everything quickly. It's a huge load of my to-do list and I only had to pay the callout fee. Thanks Marciel and In-House Electrical.

My service tech, John was on-time (actually a little early) diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Quick and relatively inexpensive. If I have any more electrical issues I'll certainly use In-House Electrical Services again.

why is electrical so expensive from any company?

Great job all around, quick and easy to work with.

I hardly ever give reviews but the team at In-House was able to help me quickly execute a project which had been previously turned down by three other contractors. From bid through job finish, everyone I worked with there was on-time, courteous and offered good suggestions on better ways to achieve my goals while keeping the project scope manageable. Will not hesitate to use their services again!

Poor customer service unfortunately. They call you so much it is almost like a constant stream of robocalls.
