John, the electrician that showed up to fix my electrical problem is a very hard working and dedicated craftsman. He is very passionate about his trade and proud of it. He listened to my description of the problem and had it fixed within an hour. I also had John provide an estimate on a complete electrical main panel replacement. He only took 15 minutes to write up the estimate and gave me some excellent free advise when I decide to shop around and get other estimates. Excellent experience and would hire them again when I am ready to replace the main panel.

Excellent work at a very fair price. Inspection went fine and he even commented how they used superior materials in my new main panel.

A scheduling snafu resulted in my original appointment never actually getting scheduled so I called in frustrated that no one had arrived. They apologized and managed to get an electrician to me the same day, just a few hours after the original appointment.

Hank came to give the estimate. He was knowledgeable and quick. Adam came to install and he too was knowledgeable and quick. Waiting for City Inspector to check for compliance.

I would call them again.

I have now used In-House Electrical for 2 projects & just hired them for a 3rd job, a complete electrical panel replacement. I couldn’t be happier with their communication, professionalism, & availability all the way from the office personnel to the electricians. Brian has come out twice to do my jobs & he is a breath of fresh air. Breaking things down so we understand exactly the problem & price with no “Hidden” fees popping up. Corey gave me a free estimate for our panel & displayed the same passion for his work & pride to make sure we are taken care of & comfortable with how things will precede. All of the office ladies have been exactly like Brian & Corey. Highly recommend this family owned company.

The technician did an excellent job.

They did a great job ensuring my recessed lights were properly lined up. This was a challenge since it turns out my house is not quite square. They also ran a new line for my microwave. The end result is fantastic, they finished in a day, and their pricing was tremendous. The only reason I knocked half a star was for the dusting and vacuuming I had to do at the end. But overall I am very impressed with their work and would happily recommend their services.

Got to work and solved the problem and fixed it.

They responded promptly to our inquiry and arrived as scheduled. John fixed an outlet issue and worked on our outside lighting problem. He kept us informed throughout the process and did a great job. His advice was helpful but he does need to work on his singing a bit :)

They was on time, came prepared. Electrican was very helpful on house hold problems and resolved each one. Was mostly helpful on generators but was lacking some knowledge on installation.

I looked up electricians on a Sunday afternoon, not expecting to get a call until Monday morning. Someone called me within minutes of me submitting my request. And she scheduled me for an appointment the very next day. Preston showed up about 10 minutes early. It took him about 15 minutes to analyze the situation. Once Preston found the issue, he communicated clearly to me what the problem was and why it was happening. He then fixed the problem within 5 or 10 minutes. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend In-House Electric Services.

I called them when another electrical company likely rescheduling. I called them on Monday and they had an appointment the following Monday, however said would put me on standby should there be a cancellation. Hours later they booked me in the next day! Steve was quick to solve the issue. Really appreciated his help in showing us what went wrong and how he fixed it.
