Excellent. Alex, in her usual professional way, checked the fixtures first, then left to get the necessary parts, returned to install and test the fixtures.

I was prepared to hire In-House Electrical to repair an issue with several of our outlets being dead. I spoke with Lucas and after describing the issue, he suggested I look for a GFI receptacle which may need to be reset before he scheduled an appointment. Just as he thought, the whole issue was resolved with a quick press of a button. He easily could have charged me to send out a technician who would have done just this, but had the integrity to help me troubleshoot over the phone first. He's earned our first call next time we have a real electrical issue.

Alexandra was awesome. Knew exactly what she was doing and got it done in a short time. Yes, I plan to use them in a month or two to install electrical in a room addition. Highly recommend Lucas, Alexandra and Cheslsee. Great team.

We were told someone would arrive between 8 and 10. I arrived a few minutes to 8 and found the electrician parked in front of the house. Adam introduced himself and commenced making the needed repairs. He was quick and efficient and explained what the problems were after making the repairs. We thought the fee charged was reasonable.

Called and electrician was able to come out a couple days later. David was right on time and fixed the issue in about 2 hours for the amount quoted. Also put together an estimate for some additional work we need done in the future. We will use their services again!

Adam was very thorough and very professional. Would use In-house again.

Called on Monday 8/1/2016 and left a message for Alonso's admin. asst., no call back. Called Alonso, left message, inquiring electrical service on 8/2/2016, no call back. A terrible disservice when you don't return a potential customer's call. Even if you are too busy to take on any more business, a call back to let one know is much better. Moving on to find another reputable company.

Sent E-mail 7/9/2016 outlining work desired. No response received.

The work went great. From the moment I called, it was total professionalism. Appointment was scheduled for the next day. I sent some photos of the existing wiring outlet from our old hot tub and the electrical panel box on the outside of the house in advance of their visit so they could know what they were going to work on. The electrician, Adam, was on time, neat, efficient, courteous and a true professional. The work was done in a couple of hours and exceeded our expectations. I would call them in an instant for any future electrical needs.

I initially called In House Electric on June 6th, I called several electricians and these guys were the only ones to call back. My husband has minor surgery on the 6th and when my son brought him home half the house did not have power. Dan from In House came out problem shot the issue and got us back up and running. We had been concerned about the Amp box because it seemed to be making noise and it was very old. Dan gave us a quote on replacing it, I did some research and decided to have it replaced. I called set up an appointment. I was told that someone would be at our house at 8 AM, I have been told that before and have had to wait. Not this time at 8 am Adam was at our house to get started. He kept me updated on the progress of the work. He put down plastic so he didn’t get the carpet dirty and he cleaned up so well I wouldn’t have known anyone was working down stairs, except the very obvious new Amp box. If I ever have any more electrical issues I will be calling In House. The employees were polite and very professional.

Great company to work with. Competent, friendly and gets the job done fast. When they were installing the thermostat, a fuse blew, and they went out of their way to buy a fuse they didn't have on them to make sure everything was working before they left. Very professional. Definitely will use again.

Called for an estimate and asked how soon they could do the work. They said they could do it the same day as the estimate. Lucas came and provided the estimate and said it would be a week or so to schedule. I told him I was told the work could be done the same day. I had taken the day off work to get the work done. He said he would have to call the office and it would be later in the day. I said that was fine. Two men came around 4:00. Laid out plastic on the floor to keep it clean. Both men were very pleasant and did a good job. I was informed the entry light was not installed to code and a plate should have been installed. He had one in the truck and had to charge an additional $50 to the bill. I said that was great. Got the job done and cleaned up everything. They did an excellent job!

Extremely pleased. Very professional. Called to let us know he would be a half hour late. Brett was very efficient & price was reasonable. We definitely will use them again. Thanks for a job well done.

After checking Angie's list for local electricians, and leaving voice mails on a late Thursday afternoon at the best-rated providers, In-House was the first to respond the next day, with the earliest availability, along with the best quote. When Patrick arrived within the two-hour appointment window, he took the time to listen and assess the problem, explain what he was doing, and within 30 minutes had everything working. In the end, he applied the Angie's List coupon that In-House was offering at the time to the bill. All in all, we were very satisfied with the service In-House and Patrick provided.

During a kitchen remodel, I discovered that my old electric range was directly wired to the wires coming from the wall. I need a receptacle installed so that my new range could be installed. After calling several local Angie List vendors, In-House was the only one that could come out relatively quickly. The other vendors were over a week to two weeks out. I was in the middle of a re-model and needed it done as soon as possible. I was given several options on how to best fix the problem. I was very happy with the work done the quickness in coming to my house (not an emergency call) and the high degree of service that I received.
