Description of Work: I needed a new panel, new circuit, and troubleshooting on a bathroom fan. I agreed to a $3,300 bid. I arranged my furniture and my schedule. They never came. I called and was told they’d be there soon. THEY NEVER GOT HERE! Why?

Description of Work: They fixed an electrical switch and removed/installed a vanity light in the bathroom. The day of the appointment they notified me that they had to change the time to 2 hours later due to the electrician scheduled to come had called in sick, so the replacement came a few hours later. I would recommend using them.

Description of Work: In the middle of remodeling our kitchen, we realized that we needed another outlet, and needed it installed before the tile backsplash could be installed. I called two other electrical contractors and was told that nobody would be available for weeks. But we needed this done right away, as the tile guy was due to come the next week. When I called In-House, they sent their tech out the next morning! He was competent and professional and completed the job to our satisfaction, also installing a GFCI to protect the circuit. Needless to say, we were pleased.

They tried to help me over the phone (without a charge), when that did not work, the electrician mentioned that was in the area on another project, and could stop by in about an hour. Upon arrival, it took him 5 min. to solve the problem (which I should have been able to fix myself) he only charged me half price for the service, and I learned how to fix it myself next time.
Description of Work: My stove and kitchen plugs had not been working for over a week, I had checked the fuse, and that was not the problem.
