They did pretty good. I like the materials that they put on. I think that there are some gaps that should have been closer together. I just wish there were a little more less gaps.

They did an excellent job. The workers were excellent.

We purchased carpet from Home Depot for our staircases. A number of issues have led me to say I'd never use them again. I went into the store, picked out a carpet and asked to schedule the and quot;Measureand quot; which requires an initial payment that is applied to your installation (if you choose to go forward). We were told by Home Depot before we purchased their services that our carpet installation would take 2 weeks, including measure and order time. This was key for us, since we had movers scheduled. After Home Depot's measuring company came on the 13th of September we called Home Depot and somehow managed to order the carpet (without ever seeing the measure by the company since they never sent it). I had to call three different times just to order the carpet, since no one seemed to have any idea how to proceed after the measure. Once we put the order in for the carpet, we were told we couldn't schedule the installation until after the carpet gets to the warehouse. No one called us to tell us the carpet arrived. Instead, I had to call every few days to see where it was. The lack of communication from HD was frustrating, to say the least. When the carpet arrived and we called to schedule, they told me it would be another 2 weeks before they could schedule the installation. So...a week for measuring, a week for delivery and another 2 weeks for installation. A full month from measure to installation. After the carpet was installed, we are left with 4 rolls (yep, 4) in our garage. The measure company had clearly overestimated and because it's a and quot;custom carpetand quot; we can't take it back and HD won't honor any kind of refund for something that was clearly the contractor's mistake. To this day I'm wondering why we bothered with a measure if we were just going to end up with a room's worth of carpet. Not efficient, not communicative and the customer service was poor. I would not use them again unless we had no other options.

This Home Depot store has employees how are very helpful, knowledgable, eager to assist. we have rebuilding a home and go to the store every week. Never any issues with returns.

After initial sales visit with payment, we were given a tentative install date. A workman came by to get measurements a few days later. We never heard from them again until we contacted them after the given install date...almost 3 months after the sale. Called their office repeatedly, never talking to a live body. Never got a call once except from the sales guy whom I eventually called to complain to. Finally got a hold of a brand new office flunky request a call back from a manager which never happened. After many calls to the same flunky (which I had to initiate every time), I eventually got an install date. The installer seemed competent. The materials were designed by an 8 year old. The products didn't match and looked like they were adapted from PVC pipe. The seat they installed is basically a flat bench...brilliant design in a shower...NOT!!! The basin doesn't match the walls. I still haven't received the $500 gift card they promised. Ali all, I would say use Bath Fitters or another local contractor. These guys are vile.

We booked our measuring appointment with the Home Depot online. People came out, measured our basement, and we were given a quote. We paid for the order. The measuring appointment was about $400. The flooring would have cost us $4000. After getting the quote and paying for it we attempted to schedule an install time. Only then did the install representatives raise concerns about the age of our house. When we mentioned that this had not been brought up as a concern previously, we were told we should not have booked online but should have come into the store. After this, the Home Depot installation representative simply stopped answering her phone. After several frustrated weeks of trying to get in touch with her to discuss our appointment, I had to escalate to a manager and get the order refunded. I never did get back in touch with the original person who was handling our installation. This was one of the more remarkably frustrating experiences that I've ever had to endure as a consumer. I will not be using Home Depot for installation services for anything in the future.

They were more technical in the way they performed the estimate. He used an itablet and had a laser attached to the tablet and it automatically entered the information. He was able to show me what my house will look like in the area that I want my flooring. From that, he was able to give me a print out a list of what would be needed. It was quite an experience. It was $50 for the estimate and if I decide to purchase the flooring, the $50 will be deducted from the cost of the flooring. The gentleman was very nice. I would consider using them.

Everything went very well. Everyone was very professional and the job was done in 1 day, which is notable because they carpeted most of the house.

It was the best contractor I ever hired and they were the highest quality I found. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

I was very pleased with the guy that did that. The experience was excellent. They came when they said they would and they were very quick doing all the things; that's what I liked about them. They were excellent. Their price seemed good.

It was all good and I would use them again.

I recommend them to others for renting equipment. I will use this company again in the future.

Don't go to HOME DEPOT. The Measurecomp fiasco isn't worth it.

They have their one hour clinics so I went to their one hour clinic on tile installation. I had follow up questions and the gentleman who was in the clinic was available afterwards and very helpful. You go to any Home Depot, they'll have a schedule of those clinics that they are having on “How-To” things like putting tiles, fences and all kinds of things. They will answer all your questions and everything so it is very helpful. They were excellent, right throughout the store the staff was very friendly and available to come up and make sure I could find what I needed. They were all very knowledgeable on the different material, tools etc. I was very happy with them and would definitely use them in future.

When I called to set up an installation appointment, Home Depot asked if I was picking up the door. Since I have only a small Honda Civic, I asked if the installer could pick it up. I was then told that it was $50 for the installers to bring the door with them, but I really had very little choice. It took quite a while to get connected with the installer. When I finally did, they continually suggested times in the middle of the work-day, although I had specifically stated that I'm 9-5 and would not be able to be home in the middle of the day on a weekday. We finally scheduled for the morning of July 4th, which I had off. The window was 8-11. At 11:30, I called to ask for an ETA, as I had plans from 1:00 on. I called several more times, but didn't get a clear ETA. The installer arrived at 12:45. I asked if he needed me there to do the work; he assured me he did not. When I arrived home, he had left a note saying that he needed to get into the house to finish, and to please call to reschedule. I did, and finally managed to get the door up. Since I didn't know what I was looking for, I thought the door looked fine. I signed off on the job, and even gave them a neutral-to-positive response to their customer survey. About a year later, I purchased an identical door for the back of the house, but this time, I had a local handy-man put it in. He happened to see the front door, and pointed out that the mechanism was bent, and had probably been installed incorrectly. When my dad came to visit, he and I were able to re-install the door, and discovered that almost every piece of hardware had been incorrectly positioned. We were not able to repair the gap between the side of the door and the door-jamb or the sweep at the bottom of the door. I called Home Depot, and they initially said they didn't sell that type of door. They found my information in the computer and contacted the sub-contractor who did the installation. The sub-contractor is apparently located in Auburn, which is at least an hour away from my home in Everett (no wonder it was difficult to schedule with them). They did send someone out to look at the door, although I was, again, not able to leave work. He said there was a dent in the front of the door, and that he might be able to put a shim in to make the door fit more tightly. I haven't had a chance to look closely to see if he was able to resolve the issues.

The experience at Home Depot has been great. The man at the rental department is very helpful and friendly.

We did a surprise check using consumers report information and got the best buy for good products at Home Depot. The experience with them has been good, but I had a problem with the installers and Home Depot did everything to make it right. I found a bracket that read do not remove in the box with stuff to be thrown out. It was a part to keep the dryer duct from being crushed and I thought that was important. After they finally finished, they left the old unit in the parking lot instead of hauling it away and that was a hassle for me for several days trying it out of there. I felt that they did not know what they were doing, so I went back to Home Depot. I was asked to contact the delivery service and have them make arrangements to set it right and get back to them if nothing worked out. I did exactly that and eventually Home Depot had it resolved. I did have two other installers from Home Depot and they were very good.

The salesperson was able to answer my questions and assist me with the buying process. I chose them as they offer good pricing with a wide arrange of product choices. Unfortunately, I do not have the price for these items. I shop at the store on a regular basis.

The people were very helpful and although I did know what I wanted to buy, they were still very friendly and tried to help me. I would recommend going to the Home Depot because they have everything you need.

THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL IN OUR QUEST TO PICK THE RIGHT BLINDS. AT THE TIME WE WEREN'T REALLY LOOKING FOR FANCY - BUT WE HAD A PRIVACY AND LIGHT ISSUE. JUST NEEDED SOMETHING TO GET US THROUGH AND THEY HELPED US PICK JUST THE RIGHT THING TO FIT WITH OUT TIME AND BUDGET CONSTRAINTS.

CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL WAS ON-TIME - FAST AND COURTEOUS. HOWEVER, THE WRONG COLOR WAS INSTALLED. WE WENT TO HOME DEPOT THAT NIGHT WITH A SCRAP OF CARPET INSTALLED TO COMPARE WITH WHAT WE ORDERED. THEY HAD ALL NEW CARPET INSTALLED WITHIN ONE WEEK. GREAT SERVICE!

HOME DEPOT HAD THE BEST PRICE ON WINDOWS. THEY ALSO HAD A NICE SELECTION OF PRIVACY GLASS TO CHOOSE FROM. WE WERE ABLE TO GET THE RIGHT STYLE TO FIT OUR NEEDS. DELIVERY WAS GREAT.

WE NEEDED A NEW FRONT DOOR THAT WOULD PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LIGHT INTO OUR ENTRY WAY WITHOUT INVADING ON OUR PRIVACY TOO MUCH. HOME DEPOT WAS ABLE TO SPECIAL ORDER US JUST THE RIGHT DOOR TO FIT OUR NEEDS.

HOME DEPOT IS OUR 2ND HOME FOR ALL OUR HOME REMODEL NEEDS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT, THE EMPLOYEES ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING US TO THE RIGHT AISLE FOR EVERYTHING WE NEED.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASES AND WILL USE HOME DEPOT AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE AND THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTION THAT I NEEDED ANSWERED.
