From start to finish we were treated with respect and very courteous in covering their product and service. Arrived on time – introduced themselves – asked to see the layout. Asked if I had any questions and went right to work on the installation. The work went smoothly as each worker did his work. They never felt rushed as the work progressed and would keep their area cleaned along the way. When finished the work look very professionally done. I am very satisfied with their work.

Sales person was very thorough- measuring and testing air flow requirements. Installers arrived on time, very courteous. Careful to protect carpets and furnishings. Work fast and cleaned up after they were done.

I pay once a year around $335 and that includes two a year. It includes the furnace, heat pump and air conditioner twice a year. I just love them. I have gotten a few people in the neighborhood to go with them. They call me for appointments and they are very good about that. They call in advance saying I am due for my appointment coming up. They schedule around my schedule. We had really hot weather and I had one scheduled during it and they called me asking if I could push it out because they had a lot of emergency calls. I said not a problem so they are very good about that -- keeping the customer informed. They always do a follow up after the person leaves. I think that's really nice. They have top quality people for their technicians that come out. They are always offering if there is anything they see that I might need they will let me know. All of them are quite good and they always clean up after themselves, check in with me and always wear their little booties in the house when they are checking the thermostat instead. I enjoy them and can ask them questions and they are very forthright, honest and professional i have even met the owner, Roger, and really like him also.

3 Men arrived on time. They introduced themselves to us. They were very polite and tidy. They worked hard all day. They did not complain about the hot day or going under the scary house. Very friendly & kind.

Izaak was on time and friendly. He completed the furnace replacement faster than I thought he was going to and did a great job of explaining everything to me. I couldn't be more pleased.

The guys were all great. The work took a couple of days and was well done. The house was completely clean and showed no trace of dry wall, dust or dirt, which makes this company gold star in my book. :) They actually finished several hours ahead of schedule...which is good but was a little stressful for me and my work schedule. Not really a complaint, though, it's probably a great thing for most people, just know that there may be scheduling changes. If you can be home for the work being done, it's a non-issue. They called with updates and waited for me to come back so it worked out fine. Overall, this company exceeded my expectations and I love the heat pump and a/c! They are a registered PUD contractor and made getting the PUD heat pump rebate super simple (they do all the paperwork, you just have to let the PUD inspector come by afterwards). They also have competitive financing set-up with a local credit union and that process was painless, too. Maybe you can get that heating upgrade sooner than you thought, lol. Highly recommend!

Eric service technician called me to provide time he was coming out and showed up promptly. He was very good at explaining all the checks on the service and found out capacitor for blower on fan was out. Had part on hand and fixed it. Otherwise would have been bad if blower would have failed. Have used this company for 17 years. Very fair and honest.

This was over a several month period during a remodel of my home. There are special challenges to wire a log home, like no hollow walls for wiring to go through. Responsiveness was very good. Punctuality was a B because they were overloaded with work loads and sometimes I had to wait a little bit for them but it was never an issue or a problem.

We just found out why our A/C stopped working once again, as it does every summer. The repair we paid for was never made and we never knew it until we had another plumber come out today (8/18/2017) and show us that the pipe was still solid so no water could drain from the a/c unit. I felt I must put a review here, even after 10 years. I'm quite certain the company would never reimburse me for the charges, not to mention all the extra charges for the A/C guy to clear out the lines every summer for 10 years.

This company was amazing. They were at our house within three hours of calling. They had a portable air unit in our house an hour later. The next day I got a text when the tech was on his way with a pic of him which was very helpful! So Juan and Sal showed up, walked me through the process and were done by 3:30. August in Texas is unbearable and Berkeys understood that! Thanks!!

They were good. They were prompt, informative, walked me through everything they were going to do.The only difference is the price.

They worked with me on all steps. Everything explained fully. Told me the access they would need for all work well ahead of time and I was able to schedule the work time so I wouldn't be rushed in moving things. They gave me options, I selected the option that I felt worked best for me and they did it. On time, on cost. Cleaned as they went. Arranged their work sequencing so that we wouldn't spend a night without gas (for hot water and furnace). Nice people at all stages.

Great! They even came out on a Sunday to install!! I'm telling you. If you need AC work, you better call Berkeys! Awesome experience, great people, very responsive, very pleasant to deal with.

I am happy with them. They are awfully expensive but you get what you pay for.

The installers arrived next morning and worked diligently all day and by early evening I had a new A/C and Furnace installed and cooling air. They took great care to ensure no damage or dirt was brought in to the house, they cleaned up well and provided instruction on everything that they were doing. While I may have saved a little by using another contractor, I believe that Berkeys provided value for money. I was unavailable for the technician to return on the day after the install, but he arrived the following day to make a further check of the system and install an additional CO2 detector which I required. Berkeys get 5 stars in my book

A very honest and reliable company. We've used Berkeys' in the past and will continue to call them when needed. Our electrician was polite and explained everything to us in detail. He checked wo make sure we were completely satisfied with his work prior to leaving. This is a great company!
