They were very responsive coming out for an estimate even though it was busy season, They fit me in for the work within 10 days too! Mid-range estimate. Their staff were professional and the workmanship was excellent. They came on time and ended on time.

It went extremely well! All of the GS Technicians were timely, efficient, and professional. They were friendly and easy, and answered/explained all questions and concerns we had during the installation. They were considerate of our home and went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes. We highly recommend GS heating!

This was a somewhat difficult install due to having to add a third air return. There were limited places that this could be done in an attractive way. Isaak and Malay were punctual, professional and skilled. We are very happy with the results.

I sold my home, G&S had installed a Heat Pump and Furnace in my last home back in 2011. I purchased a mobile home in a 55 and older park. The mobile did not have a heat pump. I called G&S. They were able to get my new heat pump and furnace installed August 27. The guys were there at 8 am. Everything was completed that same day. I love G&S. Everyone you speak with are very professional, informative and keep you informed every step of the way. The Techs are super. They did an excellent job! Thorough site visit for quote. Very responsive to questions and changes in options and revised quotes. G&S provided our lowest quote, but it was still more than we expected, thus a Good rating on price instead of Excellent. I think the quote for the additional duct work was high. The survey before installation was also thorough and I was able to have a say in the electrical and the return air duct design. A great crew of five or more showed up for the main day of installation. Two worked on additional ducting, an electrician, a couple on the outside unit, and one or more on the garage gas furnace and A/C coils. I was not able to watch all the installation work and I was surprised at how the outside unit was oriented. However, when I requested it to be re-worked, they didn't hesitate at all and I was pleased with the result. Because of the responsiveness and resolution, they earned excellent quality and professionalism ratings.

Excellent experience with this company & the purchase & install of a new ductless heat/ac system for our entire house & necessary electrical work. Passed the electrical change inspection with flying colors by state L & I inspector. Arrived promptly and finished same day with great attention to detail, explainations & clean up.

My heater began blowing cold air through the house around Thanksgiving. I had it serviced in hopes that it would improve. Instead, the serviceman showed me that 2 of the 5 heat sources were blown out, and the furnace was too old to get replacement parts. I used Angie's List to locate several HVAC companies from which I received 3 bids. G&S was the best bid. The salesman, Ryan, was polite, punctual, and showed me all the options for the furnace brand that I wanted. The rebate from Costco for the brand that I wanted also made a major difference. Ryan even came back with the contract when I informed him that they had won the bid. G&S Heating was available to measure for and install a new furnace before the New Year. The crew installed the new furnace in no time at all. The house is so much warmer, and I am most grateful for their efficient service and professional demeanor. THANK YOU!!

Talked with rep at Costco. She set up an appointment for Nate to recommend products. Picked a product and they installed within a week. Awesome.

We interview three companies and this one was by far the least pushy when they came out to talk about the job and really knew their jobs. Everyone who came from the salesman to the person who measured to the guys who were on the job both days were knowledgeable, friendly, clean and respectful. They seemed genuinely concerned that we knew what was going on and that we were satisfied with the job. From start to finish this company exceeded our expectations for this job.

The team Isaac, McKay, Nathan, Joey and Mike all showed up on time and installed new wiring, ran the cooland lines, installed the ducts, installed the AC units, furnace and handler over the 9/7/17 and 9/8/17. Returned on 9/11/17 to address minor issue with the 2nd floor install and noise issue on 1st floor install, which was tweaking vents on return grate! These guys went above the call of duty to minimize the cutouts in the wallboard needed run the cooling, lines and minimized the external mounting as well. Very pleased.

It was good. Workers were polite. Called with estimated times and showed up. They offer financing which was awesome. We contacted another company who offered financing, but could not go in our attic because employee was older. So, I'm glad they had no restrictions.

We have not hired an electrician yet. Our plans have evolved and needed to get a shed built first. That phase is done so we may have him out again to rebid. The first bid seemed very high compared to others. We will have them adjust with our final plan and see how it goes. The person who came to walk the job seemed very knowledgeable. There were scheduling issues, but the office staff worked hard to correct it. This is a positive in a world where we are having to hire many contractors for our fixer and more than half never get back to you with a bid. or return calls. So I would not hesitate to hire these guys, I know they won't disappear if something goes sideways.

The workers were there when they said they would be. The installation went well and took the length of time estimated. Very well done. Very professional.

Sales person was very thorough - measuring and testing air flow requirements. Installers arrived on time, very courteous, careful to protect carpets and furnishings. Work fast and cleaned up after they were done.
