Itâ s nice to have them also understand and work on roofing. They were able to see that my roof was newer and didnâ t need any attention before installing solar.

I am a general contractor and Forecast Solar has installed several systems for me. I use them exculsively. They do quality installs and they stand behind there work. The first project they installed for me is nearly ten years old and they are still responsive if the homeowners have any problems.

Too many dissatisfied things to talk about.

These guys were extremely easy to work with. They communicated well leading up to the day of installation and installation was completely done within a few hours. When the city came out to check the install and permit stuff, the city was shocked and asked me who installed because NONE of the local companies ever had all their information this organized. I would absolutely use Forecast Solar again!

Forecast Solar has installed two separate systems for me on my house and they stand behind their work and honor their installation warranty for 10 years. They installed my first system 9 years ago and after it paid for itself I was excited to have them install a second system with improved optimization technologies. I have 49 panels on my roof and now I generate all of the power I need to run my house, charge my EV and even heat my hot tub. I appreciate honest companies that care and take care of you. When my inverter died due to mfr issues after over 8 years, they took care of me and provided all of the labor and coordination to get it fixed at no cost to me. Two thumbs up!

From start to finish, Forecast Solar handled our entire project. They accurately designed the system for maximum production, directed us towards appropriate financing sources, scheduled the install and kept to schedule, and were only a minimal disruption while putting 36 panels on our roof. They were thoughtful about the curb appeal of our house and the panel array is not visible from the street. That was 6 years ago, and all is still working without a single day of trouble. This system continues to generate zero dollar PSE bills during some summer months, and also returns an annual cash rebate check for what our system contributes to the community PSE grid for the rest of the year. Great people to work with, great system. Educated me well throughout the process. Answered all my questions And that is before the sale, and after the sale, even a year + later they still respond well with any questions or small issues.

Got a few quotes for solar panel install and Forecast was not the cheapest, but they were affordable and worked with me on budget and how much of our power bill we could offset. Their designers were helpful and install went off without a hitch.

28 solar panels installed 7/2018 in our all electric home. Sales person estimated system would pay for itself in 7 years and we are on track to achieve that. Electric bills in spring/summer of appox. $20 (the minimum from Snohomish PUD). Max bills in January/February of approx. $200, after banked credits have been used. Previously max bills were in 300-350 range. Annual payment we receive for production is approx. $2000. Only issues so far have been (1) one panel failure, which Forecast Solar noticed through monitoring, and (2) failure of the Inverter. Paid for labor on the panel failure, but no charge for replacing the inverter.

Forecast's customer service has been fantastic. Over the past 5 years, they have responded to all my questions very quickly and sent out technicians when necessary within a couple of days. They always have very helpful attitudes and responses.

Honest, professional friendly people. They feel like family or friends. Expert advice, good communication and quick response time. Honest, integrity is refreshing. They are customer oriented. Love the system and the continued service.
