Took almost 2 weeks to get any response to our first inquiry. 5 days later they "couldn't find our home online" to do the initial bid (even though they found it instantly at the Home Show where we signed up for the bid). 10 days later we finally got a list of references and an offer to come to our home to go over our assessment but still no copy of the assessment. In the meantime we had 2 other successful bid processes and chose one of those contractors.

They were the best price by far, did a great job, took care of all the permitting and guided me through all the licensing and establishment into the incentive programs. They explained the entire process to me ahead of time and the installation went just as planned. In the first 6 months the system has been producing enough to validate their claims that the system should indeed pay itself off in less than five years. Best investment I've made in decades.
