Description of Work: After lending my carpet cleaner to a neighbor, it wouldn't work for me. I took it to Everett Vacuum where they assessed the problem, fixed it, fully explained it to me and both told and showed me how to fix it myself in the future if it ever happened again. They couldn't have been nicer and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

+ -1 moreI CAME IN THE AFTERNOON IT WAS BUSY I WAITED MY TURN THEY LISTENED TO THE NOISE DETERMINED THE PROBLEM. SINCE THEY WERE CHANGING THE BRUSH THEY TOOK THE TIME TO CHANGE THE BELT AND BAG ALSO. WERE VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND PROVIDED FAST SERVICE.
