We're doing a kitchen remodel that involves expanding our existing island with the addition of two more base cabinets. Our current cabinets are in great condition, so we elected to simply add-on instead of replacing everything. I'm doing the remodel myself, so all I needed was the cabinets, and not the installation service. After identifying the brand, model, style, and finish of our cabinets, I called around to several retailers until I came across Kevin at Encore. Kevin was immediately helpful from the moment he picked up the phone. He asked me questions about the cabinets that the other retailers did not, which would have resulted in me ordering the wrong cabinets. There were variations within the style/model that none of the other retailers noticed or shared. Kevin told me exactly what to look for and we were able to order the perfect match. I told him I'd do some research and pick out the exact cabinets we wanted from the manufacturer catalogue and get back to him. I called him back a few weeks later, he got me a quote right away, and beat the other offers by a significant margin. Encore was so friendly and helpful, I was fairly sure that I was dealing with a local mom-and-pop style operation. I got a phone call from Kevin when the cabinets arrived at their location-- exactly when he said they would. I picked them up a few days later and was very surprised when I arrived. Although I envisioned a small mom-and-pop operation, Encore is a big operation with a warehouse and nice delivery trucks. It was clear they handled large scale projects. Kevin met me personally, shook my hand, and helped me load the cabinets into my van. Encore's customer service is impeccable. I was a small sale for them, and they treated me liked I'd placed an enormous order. I will definitely go back, and highly recommend Encore.
