Eagle Pest Eliminators

A few days before I was to move into my new condo, I discovered little beetles crawling out from under the cabinets. Needless to say, I immediately panicked and could not wait for Monday morning to call an exterminator. Eagle was recommended to me and they immediately sent out someone to look at the problem. He thoroughly explained what he needed to do and the price was amazing. I thought it would cost so much more, but was very affordable, and the price included a follow up treatment if needed. One hour later, he was done and I felt confident that the beetles had met their match and were on the way to beetle heaven. The technician was very professional and friendly and it was a simple process to take care of. I definitely recommend this company for fast and professional service.

Nick came out right away when I called & inspected the attic first, then checked out the outside vents. Lastly, he checked the bathroom thoroughly where we had seen 3 or 4 what we thought were bees, several days in a row, prior to calling them out. On this particular day though, we again saw another one and decided to call this company. He was able to kill it and ended up telling us that it was a hornet. He checked the vents again but there were no signs of any more of them. Since it was raining, he agreed to come back as soon as the weather permitted to check the vent on the roof. A couple of days later since it wasn't raining he called and asked if he could come out and check the vent on the roof. He also sprayed the vents in the bathroom and outside and thank goodness it's been five days now and we haven't seen anymore. I'd definitely would recommend Eagle Pest Eliminators because of their prompt visit, inspection and professionalism.

I think a serviceperson came out the day after I phoned their office. He left a proposal with a description of the problem [lots of mole piles; recurred from the Spring when a lawn service treated them] and scope of services. He noted initial service charge, and I sent a check. I called and accepted the proposal.

Selling a home. Eagle provided extermination (trapping and baiting) service to meet inspection requirement.

I called Eagle Pest Control regarding an ant infestation problem at my house. They were able to have Mac, one of their employees, come on site in a short time. Mac diagnosed the issue as moisture ants being drawn by water seeping through a concrete wall. Mac gave me some good ideas on how to handle the problem with no charge for the visit. I am very happy with Eagle's quick and helpful response.

We contacted Eagle on Tuesday and they were out the next afternoon! Nick arrived on-time and reviewed our problem areas with us and determined the appropriate services. We had a yellow-jacket nest in a void under our roof eaves above our front room. Nick dusted the area and let us know we should see the nest die off over the next 2-3 days, and said if it wasn't taken care of, they'd be out to re-treat free of charge. We were also concerned we may have bee activity in the attic of our second story, but Nick inspected the attic space and gave it the "all-clear". Lastly, we have observed a lot of ant and spider activity around our home, so Nick sprayed the perimeter of our home as well. Nick was extremely kind and processional, while also being very knowledgeable and patient to answer our questions. Additionally, there was no pressure or attempt to "upsell" you into a regular service package. Just a recommendation that the perimeter of the home be sprayed once a year. We were very happy with Eagle Pest Eliminators and will be using them again.

Came out quickly. Identified the problem and sprayed for ants. Scheduled repeat service.

Eagle Pest sent out a technition to look it over. He was professional and knew what to look for. He found no rodent and we later realized it was the owners dog. I would hire them again if I need.

I like these guys. They are professional and very reasonably prices. They are quick and quiet. I usually don't even know they were there until I see the receipt on my front porch.

I was delighted to know I have no problem at my home and when I learned that they go as far as to another city where I own a building that has a problem, I determined to cancel services with another company and, if the problem comes back, I will call on Eagle to do the work on that buiulding.

We were greeted with a professional who understood what to look for and where to look.He also knew the difference in color and smell to evalute our situation.He offered traps and follow up, yet there was no indication that we had rodent activity now.He left knowing that we will call again if we hear sounds or are concerned.We have his business card and the confidence to call again if needed.

Eagle Pest Eliminators responded within a few hours and the technician, Dave came out first thing the following day. Dave was on time, professional, and thorough. He assesed that I didn't have a problem- but he was able to point out what he saw that led me to believe I did. He also gave me advice on how to rid our house of the harmless buy annoying odorous ants and how to prevent future pest control issues. They did all of this free of charge. The main reason I contacted Eagle Pest Eliminators is that they are a complete source for pest control; they address BOTH wildlife issues and other pest control issues- most only specialize in one or the other.

We have a lot of woods around us and they take care of rodents and small pests. They come once a week, checks the traps, rebaits them and then leaves a little report card on the door.

They are really good. I like that they are passionate about getting better things. They are really thorough. They came and did a free checkup and walked all over the whole property. We had carpenter ants, and they found where they were coming from. They gave us all sorts of wonderful information. Because they gave us so much information, we were able to figure out how to do it ourselves. They were just wonderful. We are going to send them some money anyway, because just their walk through was just so invaluable. Our overall experience with them was so pleasant. Their responsiveness was excellent. If it turns out that they come back, I am calling them. I have their card right in front of me, so if anything comes up, I will call them again.

They show up and do their job. They are reliable and effective.

It has been very good. I had them come out once to ask them about bees and the technician came out and did not charge to just take a look. I never have to ask them to do anything. They come out and take care of everything.

I'm very satisfied with what they have done so far. She lives right next to the woods and it won't be easy to get rid of the little pests. They are a good company and they do what they say they will do.

This morning I noticed a bird flying out of our 2nd story dryer vent. I had noticed feathers and debris on the ground over the past few weeks but didn't know why. Well, the bird flying out of that dryer vent had managed to figure out how to get past the vent cover and start setting up shop (clearly trying to build a nest). As luck would have it, as I was driving to work this morning I saw a truck for Eagle Pest Eliminators with "bird and pests" on the car so I immediately called. This was at 9am. By 9:15 am I received a callback that an inspector could be at my house at 12 for an inspection. At noon the inspector arrived, set up a ladder, and told me he could put on a cover to solve the problem. About 20 min later he was done and that was that. The birds were back a few min later and discovered the new cover, and decided to abandon my house as a nesting site. yay. While the inspector was there, he answered a few other questions I had about some bees that I'd seen around the house and explained that they were harmless. All in all, a fantastic experience. I am so happy they were able to identify an solve the problem within a few hours of my phone call.

They were great. They took the call and they came the next day. Their price was probably average; pretty standard in the industry.

I tried to set up a pest control appointment for inspection and possible treatment. I mentioned that there might be carpenter ants but didn't know where. It was something my husband mentioned and they wanted to speak to him. I said he wasn't at home and why couldn't they schedule the appointment with me for an inspection. They said they would call me back. They did so and said it would be $ 165 for the inspection. I called her back and informed her that I would find someone else since scheduling an appointment was such a hassel. I will definitely let others know about this company as well as their leanings toward sexual discrimination

They were fine. They were very reliable. I would use them again if needed.

I like their price and their efficiency and they are always on time. I use them for the sugar ants. I have had them for years, and they finally got rid of them for me. I will continue to use them in the future.
