His first visit did not get and kill the whole bee nest, he just only sprayed quickly, but most of the bees were still there. So I had to hire a second pest control person to finish this pest issue fully.

Price was fair and they showed up when they said they would. The tech was very thorough and brought to my attention that a screen/vent from the crawl space to the outside had a hole in it. He replaced it for me at no additional charge.

They come out monthly, probably the first of the month. I think it’s about $50 a month. I have no idea what it really cost. We haven’t had rats or bugs for a while, so that’s good. It’s just random when they want to come out, so there is no punctual for it. They leave a little note every time to tell us everything that they did.

I had another pest control for over 15 years and was still getting Rats in the crawl space. When I called Eagle, they came out the next day and did a thorough inspection of my home and found five places where rodents could get in. They also located a spot on the roof where squirrels were getting into the attic. They fixed the problems set new bait traps outside to control future populations. I signed up for their monthly monitoring program and have not had a rodent problem since. They call before they come, and come early to the appointment. This is the best experience I have had with any service.

Service was great. Travis came out to our house to give us an estimate (only company I could get to give me an actual estimate at our house and not a sales pitch from their offices over the phone) on a carpet beetle problem we are having. He was very knowledgable and ended up only needing to come back two days later to spray for any possible remaining bugs or eggs that may still be around after we had done a heavy cleaning. Really liked and appreciated the fact that it was no pressure and no up-selling of future services. I had called a number of other highly-rated companies on Angies List and all just gave me a sales pitch for services I wasn't needing especially the recurrent treatments for exterior issues I didn't have. They didn't listen to what I needed but Eagle Pest Control did. Will be using them again if I have any future pest issues.

Mac arrived on time and we toured my property together looking for evidence of rodent problem. Turns out what I thought was a continuing rat problem is actually a very busy mole, burrowing under and out of my flower beds that I have worked on all spring and summer. He reviewed what can and can't be done to discourage these pests but it is expensive and might not work. He will talk with owner of Eagle Pest to provide more useful info regarding mole control. He also suggested a different type of rat-bait "houses" that work much more efficiently than old ones set up by previous company as well as an every other month visit program to ensure problem has been taken care of. He went into crawl space to look for any additional problems as well as setting up 6 new bait houses along property periphery. Mac was very respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. Even with it being extremely hot (high 80's), he took his time to investigate, install bait houses, go into crawl space and explain all that needed to be done.

Mac checked around in the attic and concluded we did not have rodents. Wouldn't take any money for the inspection. We still don't know where the stain on the ceiling came from, but we now know it isn't from pests in the attic and the roofer had previously told us its not from a leak in the roof. Its a mystery.

The company showed up right on time. The employee, John, explained all aspects of the work and the expected outcome. He completed the work in a professional manner. I will definitely use only this firm for any future pest control needs that I may have. I highly recommend this firm.

I've used Eagle Pest Eliminators twice now. The first time was to remove a small wasps' nest and to spray for ants. They showed up on time, the insect treatment went quickly, and the worker had a sharp eye - he noticed some sawdust and pointed it out to me, concerned that it might be carpenter ants. We'd recently had construction done in that area, so it was leftover from that and not an issue, but it was good to know that he was looking out for other potential pest issues while spraying. The second time, I needed a rodent abatement as part of a demolition permit. The price was fair and Steve explained everything he was doing and the full cost of the package. When the receipt was not enough proof to get the permit, Steve wrote a letter for me at no extra charge. During the abatement, he gave me regular updates without being intrusive. When the permit and demo process took a month longer than we'd initially estimated, Eagle Pest Eliminators extended our service (the bait had to stay out until the day demo began) with no hassle and no extra charge. While I hope to never or rarely need pest control again, when I do, I'll call Eagle. They were patient, fairly priced, punctual, easy to communicate with, and their services worked.

I am not at home when they come over. I do not remember them being expensive or anything. Their responsiveness is fine whenever she gets them to come out. They set their own schedule actually. You do not have to be home when they come and do the service.

No complaints. Rats are gone and we're happy. I do think the price was more expensive than we had payed a previous vendor. That was surprising only because the comments we read talked about how their prices were really good. But we're probably talking about $50. And they did what we needed them to do, so all is well.

Saw rats next door right after moving into this new house and immediately made the call to Eagle Pest Eliminators and they have been protecting my home ever since.

This is a monthly service and happens on time every time. We have been using them since 2010 and nothing has gotten in yet.

Contacted Eagle Pest Eliminators before 9:30 am, and after explaining my problem; I was told that an exterminator pro could come to house, same day, to do an evaluation and estimate. Also, was told the hiring of the the exterminator & the work could be done on the spot, once the eval and estimate were done. And while on the initial call, I also got a price 'range' I could expect for the work. Then I got a call back a bit later that set an arrival time for the exterminator. A few minutes before he arrived (on time), he called to say he was enroute. This is all really GREAT communication! I knew exactly when I needed to be home, and what to expect. I wish I'd made a note of his name (Maybe it was 'Mellicio'). Outside, once I showed the swarming wasps to the pro, then showed where inside our house we were finding wasps; he suited up and found the outdoor entry point where wasps were getting into attic. He took equipment up into attic, found the nest (pretty big and scary if you ask me). He sprayed it, knocked it down and killed it all. Then he treated the outside entry point. He answered the rest of my questions, I paid him, and before 2 pm the same day as my call, we were wasp-free. I don't know how this could have been any better experience or result. Eagle Pest Eliminators are very responsive. Thank you! I found them on Angie's List. Angie's has worked for me each of the numerous times I've used it.

Mac was punctual. He listened to my worries and responded with pertinent information. He was very thorough, even venturing up into the attic crawl space. He was here over a period of a month. He came back and checked. He is very good. We got him from Angie’s List. We might use him again because we’re using him anyway and we might have him come back every once in a while.

Office receptionist and field tech were personable and helpful. Tech arrived almost to the minute of when he said he would. He answered our many questions about the wasp and their habits, and what he planned to do. He was careful to protect our new synthetic deck from chemical over-spray and dripping. The job took about two hours.

Spraying took less than 30 minutes. Technician was professional.

I had a wasp nest in the ground where my water shut off is located. I called and let them know what the issue was and where it was located. They let me know that someone could come out today and they would be able to take care of the problem today once they assessed it. They came a little earlier which was fine by me and I showed them where the nest was. They answered my questions on how long it would take for them to die off and if we had rain would that impact the effectiveness of the treatment. It took them a few minutes which was great. I am so appreciative of the promptness of service as the nest was near the road and near my elderly neighbors and I was concerned someone might get stung. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again. Thank you so much!

Have been providing monthly service after the initial evaluation about 8 months ago. Very pleased

It went great. He was on time, he was courteous, and the technician obviously knew his business. He removed three babies the first go-round and blocked some holes. I had to call him back three days later because there were three others deeper in the nest that he didn't see, and he came back without charging extra money. A few days later I thought I heard more, and he came out at no additional charge and confirmed they were just trying to get in through the barrier.

I preface this by saying that I may be setting my expectations too high. I live in a house that backs to a green belt. Given this, perhaps it is just a fact of life that mice will find their way in from time to time and my dream of having a rodent free house is unrealistic. For the record, the rodents are only entering the garage and crawl space - that I'm aware of. I started using Eagle Pest Eliminators about a year and a half ago. I was with a different pest control service previously and was looking for a cheaper alternative. Eagle Pest Eliminators had good reviews on Angie's list and their price was more reasonable so I decided to give them a try. As you may gather - based on my tenure with them - my experience with Eagle Pest Eliminators was by no means a disaster. They came out and did an initial inspection. They set traps and pointed out some possible points of entry. They were timely in their two week follow up visit to remove the bodies. I was initially very impressed and felt they were more thorough than our previous company. From that point forward they continued to come out every other month. From what I can gather, their visits consisted of adding bait to the bait boxes. Their notes on the service form consistently indicated heavy activity at the bait boxes - but nothing else. They MAY have been inspecting the crawl space that is easily accessible without someone needing to be home - but I doubt it. They have the time in/time out on each report and the typical trip took 10-15 minutes. Based on this timeframe I'm paying them $192/hr for their services of filling the bait boxes. Occasionally someone is home when they have come out but they don't knock on the door to share what they have done or ask to check the garage. I called them in mid-March due to an onslaught of mice in our garage. They sent a tech - not our normal guy - to take a look. He did a thorough check and advised he didn't notice any gaps under the garage but did note that the mesh barrier blocking off the gap to our crawl space - the result of a square hole cut for a circular pipe - was bordered on one side by insulation that mice can push through. He did some exclusion work to fix the problem, removed the full traps from the crawl space, set some new ones and bid me happy hunting. Sure enough, since he left I have caught no fewer than 20 mice in our garage in the last 2-3 weeks. This is the kind of infestation we had hoped a regular pest service would help avoid. Again, maybe I'm expecting too much. I expect that a regular inspection will provide a thorough inspection, early warning of a possible infestation, notes on possible rodent entry points, an offer to remedy those entry points, and removal of rodent carcasses .... in addition to filling the bait stations. I haven't been sitting on my hands either. I've added my own traps to the tune of about 20, added a new seal to the bottom of the garage door and a seal to the garage floor to supplement it, stuffed steel wool in any crevice I could find, planted peppermint at either side of the garage - as I read mice don't like this, littered the garage with fabric softener sheets - again as a mouse repellant, bought one of those untra sonic repellers I know don't work, and douced the place in peppermint oil. The result - I caught four more mice last night. After exerting all this time an energy to prevent mice from entering and discard the MANY carcasses I found, I couldn't help but wonder - what the h*** am I paying the pest control company for? I feel this company failed to take proactive attempts to avoid the current infestation and, once notified of the problem, failed to resolve it. I should also mention they charged their ususal fee for the mid March visit. UPDATE 4/8/14: For the record, I never had a monthly service. It was recommended to me that they come out to do the intial exclusion and inspection - followed a week later by pickup of full traps - followed by a regular service every other month. That was the plan from the beginning. At no point was a monthly service recommended. The "cheaper alternative" was me switching from Orkin to this company. The shifting of blame in the company's response to me for daring to live near a green belt was the final straw. I called and cancelled my service today. The company's web site waxes peotic stating " with our services, you won't just see an end to your current pest problems, you'll see a long-time solution to preventing future problems as well." Guess I missed the small print that says this committment doesn't extend to those who live near green belts.
