The person I worked with was really nice, his name was Todd.

They were great and they were very helpful with her being an elderly woman. They were familiar with the area and they made her feel very comfortable.

Company able to find an initial pappointment date at time I needed. Serviceman arrived exactly on time, was friendly and eager to do ob. He kept us informed of steps thruout service. Company didn't ask for payment till work completed even tho serviceman making on-going trips to house. Bill did seem a little steep.

The older gentleman who came out was very good. He was a nice gentleman. The price was fair. He did his thing and so far I have not seen them come back.

I gave them a call telling them I had a few wasp nests that needed removal. They were very responsive to my calls, and worked with me on finding a time to estimate the job. The contractor went to my house at a pre-arranged time, and though I wasn't home, they called me with an estimate as well as some concerns about whether or not they'd be able to clear them out as my roof is very high (3 stories). However, they were able to do the job without problems and the charge was what they had estimated. When I came home there was a nice trail of wasp corpses around the house, even in areas I didn't know I had nests. Overall they were timely, cleared them out completely, even with the challenges of my very tall house.

Tom came out and pointed out the infested areas. He also looked around the house and was able to find all removable nests. He killed them (by freezing) and removed them. He found some smaller nest and took those as well. He was a nice guy and made quick work of it.

We established service with Eagle Pest Control for condominiums. I represented the condominium associates in those dealings. They provide really good service. The owner, Doug, is hands-on. He has really great communication skills. He's on the ball. When he says he's going to do something, he does it.

We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen and we found a big infestation of carpenter ants in the kitchen walls and ceiling when we pulled the drywall off. We checked Angie's list and chose Eagle Pest Eliminators because of ratings and it didn't look like they tried to sell customers on a bunch of expensive extras they didn't need. Melecio came out and inspected the area where we found them and also checked around our house and in our crawl space. He found a few ants but said we disturbed the main nest and recommended we spray the perimeter of the house as a precaution. He will come back in one month, no extra charge, and spray one more time. Melecio was professional and courteous and showed up on time. I'm not usually one in favor of spraying any kind of chemicals but in this case I knew the carpenter ants would do some damage to my home so decided to go ahead. Also, Kelly, who answered the phone was helpful and courteous and got right back to me with a date and time. I would recommend Eagle to my friends and family.

Contacted company based on good reviews on Angie's List. Received email back within one business day. Scheduled estimate right away. Received first treatment within a couple weeks. Very responsive and professional. Communicated entirely by email.

We highly recommend them; they are fair, timely, and nice to work with in an unpleasant situation.

Good worker. Efficient and quiet. They did try to sell me a long term rat abatement program that I declined. No rats have been seen before or since.

They helped me get rid of the ant problem I was having with a severe ant infestation. They came out and did exactly what they said they would do and their prices were fair. They told me if I saw any other ants inside I could call them and they would come right back out. They were very professional and knew exactly what problem they were dealing with.

Excellent! Todd was very professional and experienced. Knew just what to do to take care of the problem. Signed up for a seasonal contract for misc. outside pests in yard based on his work.
