+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY HAD SOME CONFUSION WITH SCHEDULING. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR THE FIRST APPOINTMENT. THEN, WHEN I RESCHEDULED, THEY SHOWED UP A DAY EARLY. HOWEVER, THE WORK THEY DID SAVED US OVER $900 COMPARED TO A COMPETITOR, WHO ADVISED US THAT EXTENSIVE DUCTWORK WOULD NEED TO BE SPECIAL ORDERED AND REPLACED, AT A LARGE EXPENSE TO US. WE WERE VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE HONEST ADVICE GIVEN BY THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: CLEANED INSIDE OF NINE YEAR-OLD FURNACE THAT HAD STOPPED WORKING. ADVISED US OF DUCT WORK REPLACEMENT WE COULD DO OURSELVES.
