This company accommodated my emergency in a timely way. A plumber called ahead of coming to make sure they understood my project and sent the right person. They came on time, evaluated the situation and resolved the problem. They gave me useful information about the existing plumbing. It’s such a relief to know there is a plumbing company I will feel confident to call in the future.

They came within hours of my call. Did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. They even did a few little extra things that they saw needed repairing. Customer service was great. I would hire them again.

Dustin was great. He came by and replaced our water heater. He came on the same day on Saturday afternoon. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and explained everything to us. We really appreciate them coming out to help us.

Since I had no water to my house until the repair could be made, I was at their mercy as far as the cost to fix. It was rather a simple job (took them about 20 minutes to fix) yet the cost was astronomical. This was likely because it was an "emergency" repair, but still I felt the cost was way too high.

They were on time, polite and very helpful.

They could have lied to me when they realized after they wrote an estimate to clear my clog. They found a failed vent when they went to start getting ready to clear it. They told me up right and honestly when I asked if that was something I could replace. Most others would gouge you for the hour of labor and say it was too complicated. A trip to home depot and I can wash dishes again!! A+++ service. I even already referred to someone else! :)

John and Dustin arrived ontime, and did a quick install job for me. They were very courteous and did a great job. I will use them again if I need more help

I used Danika to install a gas line in my kitchen for a new range. The staff who came out to do the work were great. They were very professional and friendly. However, I was not told there would be an $89 service charge just to provide a quote so I was a little disappointed when I was charged. The person I spoke to on the phone claims he told me about this charge but he did not mention it to me or my wife on any of our calls prior to the initial appointment. There was not a second service charge when they performed the work, but it still added $100 to the project. It should be made clear that a service fee would be charged.

Jordan and Dustin came and replaced my kitchen sink's leaky shutoff valve at a reasonable cost. They were quick and professional. I had to take off 1/2 star because no one came the original day the job was scheduled. I would still recommend Danika and use them in future plumbing jobs.

Thy are professional and fast.

The installer was fair and kind. He wore booties in our house at all times. This is rare for repairmen to wear these days. He wanted to make sure he did not track any mud into our home.
