Worked great until the biggest started leaking today at the horizontal split. Damming up uphill from lower light. Leaks every 5 to 7 minutes for about 4 or 6 seconds.

There was some confusion on the initial quote being too low and when the service provider arrived to my house I was called and informed I needed to pay more to have the work done. I understand fair estimates but was disappointed to be basically stuck in a position to proceed since they were already there and would have left if I didn't choose to continue for the price stated over the phone. I didn't see the finished work personally (it was on a rental house I was selling) so I caveat this statement that the house purchaser claimed they didn't notice a difference after the work was done. I think the buyer's statement wasn't accurate though.

Estimates were prompt and the sales person was on time and very pleasant. The railing was actually installed by Larry Nordine of Rail Solutions. He was very easy to work with and worked around the schedule for the deck project without any delays. He did a very precise installation with no gaps and very straight rails. The quality of this rail product is first rate. It was much nicer and sturdier than any other rail system that I saw on the internet. I went with the wider rail cap and posts and was very happy with that look.

Ken Sherman swung by to assess a small water leak under the picture window that the home inspector missed (it was covered up by a placard placed over the crack and mold). He took a quick look and discovered that there is rain leaking into the siding and out under the window both to the inside and to the outside. Ken was very curteous and genuinely nice. He gave me a number of contacts to correct the problem. I only wish that I had paid, or tipped him somehow. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him in the future.
