I found a small ad in the local paper, called and spoke with Chris, one of the owners of Computer Help. He was very polite and professional and spoke in a language I could understand. I have a laptop, so he arranged to meet me at a convenient location (which saved me $ on in home service), was punctual, told me when my computer would be ready and gave me a range of what it would cost. He completed everything in one day, delivered on time, explained and made some recommendations to make it easier and more efficient to use my computer. The cost was the lowest quote he gave. In comparison, A couple of months ago I took my computer to one of the big box stores that have and quot;expertsand quot; there. They kept my computer days longer than promised, charged me at least as much as Computer Help and didn't fix the problem (the battery was dead and it took someone else to discover that). The people at Computer Help clearly have industry experience. They have expertise in PCs and Apple, and also offer training and consulting. I live in Edmonds, and am not sure what areas outside of Snohomish County they service, but I would recommend them to anyone. I am SO glad I found the appropriately named Computer Help, and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Cleaned up my laptop and did some troubleshooting.
