My wife and I contracted with Classic Remodeling NW as we had heard from some friends that they were solid contractors with a reputation for quality work!! We inked a remodel job with them in early November. I appreciated the fact that they wanted to use a formal contract that detailed the work we wanted done, costs, etc. I should also note that we changed the extent of the work in the contract (3) times but they were patient and professional with us at all times! The quality of work was excellent, the men on the job were very courteous, they engaged my wife as needed with good questions, and they cleaned up the work area each evening I would recommend this company to my friends and family and I am available as a reference if needed! We were very hapy we chose to work with Ward at Classic Renodeling NW. We needed to have a small section of roof built to protect our back door. Ward not only listened to what I wanted and thorougly explained how he would complete the project, but he also came out a seond time prior to us signing the contract so my husband could have an opportunity to talk throught the details of the job and ask questions. Ward provided a detialed estimate and the final project stayed on budget. The two gentlemen who came to build the roof were professional, completed the job on schedule, and cleaned the entire work site upon completion. The entire process from start to finish was professional, forthright and easy. We have additional projects we want to complete on our house (kitchen and bathroom remodels) and will definitely be calling Classic Remodeling NW. Thanks Ward!!!!!!!!!!

When we began the process of remodeling our kitchen, we were overwhelmed with the number of decisions to be made. The best decision, however, was hiring Ward and Classic Remodeling NW as our contractor. Since we had never remodeled a home before or had any experience working with building contractors we were very cautious. After calling a half dozen or more to come and look at the project and submit a bid we met Ward and he immediately stood out as being someone we could trust. From the very beginning as we negotiated the contract all the way through to the finishing touches, Ward was very honest, informative, and thorough. His many years of experience were evident in how he always offered solutions to things we thought would be problems. He was always very responsive in answering questions and addressed our concerns promptly. Joe, the foreman on our job, was also outstanding. His skill as a carpenter, attention to detail, and customer service made our dream kitchen a reality. He went out of his way to make sure we were getting a quality built kitchen. We highly recommend Classic Remodeling NW.

I have found Ward and the entire team at NW Classic Remodeling to be extremely helpful, fair with pricing and professional in their work ethic. Projects have ALWAYS been completed on-time and on budget. Any sub-contracted work has been equally well-done. I like that the pricing is fixed and all work is well-defined. If there are unexpected overages due to things beyond their control, there is always the option to trim and tweak the project to keep on budget. Ward is very knowledgeable and that's reflected in all the work performed by him, his employees or his sub-contractors. I would highly recommend them!

Ward passed the work off to a subcontractor. He did not take responsibility for the poor quality work of the sub contractor. When the subcontractor fell behind, Ward had multiple opportunities to make up for time and he did not. Ward had also committed to being present and checking in everyday to ensure the project stayed on schedule. Ward never came even after we had complained about the quality of work and did not believe us. Ward created a change order which we approved to install molding, but came back to say we had to take out the molding. Ward would not commit to and end date of the project after the project fell behind by 3 weeks. When we raised the issue that we were falling behind, Ward would not accept responsibility. As a result, we were left with below average tile installation that cannot be repaired unless it is entirely ripped out and redone. We had multiple contractors come in after the job was completed to provide their opinion and each said the work was below average. As clients, we felt helpless and bullied. However, Ward did send another contractor at the end of the job to redo and fix what he finally paid attention and acknowledged not to be acceptable. We were VERY pleased with this person and we would use him again. We wished we would have had this experience when the project started to fall behind and for the second contractor to have done the job right, high quality work and professionalism, the first time around.

Joe ( lead worker) and Hai (helper) always helped as scheduled. Excellent communication on all aspects of work. Respected our private space and time. They were willing to adjust project items as requested and follow up to our satisfaction. Knowledgeable and able to do everything well. Price was impacted by company overhead, which is always the case when workers are not hired directly by homeowner.

I have been very satisfied with my experience with Classic Remodeling. They are spot-on with quotes (no hidden costs), they finish on-time and the work is doing very professionally. The individuals that are sometimes sub-contracted are all equally professional (i.e., electricians, plumbers, etc.)
