Description of Work: The price was great, the scheduling was prompt, the work was horrible! Two men came out to clean. They were on time and pleasant although they gave me the impression that this was "just a job" and one that they didn't like or care about. They were quite quick in their work, which should have given me a clue to look at their work before they left. Yes, the windows were clean, and yes, they took the screens off, but it was obvious, after they left, that they hadn't cleaned the screens and only a couple of the window tracks had been wiped out. I hate cleaning windows, thus the reason I bought the service, but I could have done a much better job than these two "professionals." After that, the ownership is on me as I didn't call the company to give them the opportunity to make it right. I just didn't want to fit another appointment into my already swamped schedule.

Description of Work: Chinook sent a couple fellows out to clean my gutters. They showed up when they said they would, payed attention to my requests, and did a thorough job. Because I have a small house, they even threw in the barn gutters for the same price! These men were courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
