Description of Work: The job was to hang two shelving units in an overheight garage. (12') The worker didn't bring a functioning stud finder, which was PIVOTAL to the job, so I had to track one down for him. Because of this delay, I had to pay another $85. Tax was not inlcuded in the price I padi Angie's List. (In the the fine print) I was sent to collections because I never got a response about the inquiry into my case until AFTER I was sent to cpllections. I paid the entire amount PLUS the collections fee. Total $542.60 Lesson learned.

From the time we arrived at your home to complete your projects on April 8th, 2015, we had not heard a word from you regarding the services that were provided to you. Each customer is emailed a customer survey that they could fill out via email to make providing feedback more convenient. If you had a concern about our technician being ill prepared or a project not being completed well, we would have welcomed your feedback and been able to review this matter in depth. As a company we are bound by law to follow all retail sales tax rules and regulation. Simply disregarding our obligation to collect tax from a consumer and not paying taxes to the government is a crime. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to contact you without any success, your account continued to go unpaid. As a company it is never our goal to send our customers accounts to collections, however you left us with no other options. Best Regards, Nicole Customer Care Manager
