Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on our services. We value your response. We do apologize if there was some confusion regarding our billing process. Payments are due at the time of service. However, for customer's who are unavailable at the time of service, as a convenience, our office will provide an invoice to be paid within 5 days upon receipt of the invoice. If payment is not received within 30 days, a late fee and interest will be applied to the invoice. You were notified via email communication on March 11th: "Thank you for the pictures. I have you scheduled for Monday, March 14th with an arrival between 11-12 pm. As a side note, there will be sales tax due after the end of the service plus the $50 extra story fee. Please let me know if you have any questions". Our records indicated that our office emailed and mailed a paper invoice on March 16, 2016 to the email address you provided and the billing address you provided. A second invoice was emailed and mailed to you again on April 13, 2016. A third notice, was again emailed and mailed to you on May 10th, 2016. We did not have any verbal or written communication from you prior to the invoice being paid on May 20, 2016. You were aware that you would have a balance owing to our company and in good faith you could have contacted our office at any time after the services were rendered on March 14th. We do our best to work with individual circumstances and realize that individual's may require more time to pay or make payment arrangements. We are more than happy to work with our customers with regard to billing. It is our sincerest apology that you felt that the services provided did not meet your expectations.
