Ā + -1 moreChinook scheduled my gutter cleaning right away, which I appreciated (given that it was late fall). John and Juan arrived, answered questions, got to work, and in general were very helpful and actually fun to talk with. They checked out some things I was concerned about and went about things quickly and professionally. The cost for the service ($165) was a bit higher than other times I have had gutter cleaning done, however they gave me a $30 new customer discount which I appreciated.

Ā + -1 moreStaff were very nice and arrived early. That was the good. Unfortunately, there was more bad than good. One gutter was missed entirely. A lot of the gunk from the top gutters was left on the roof, which means the rain will push it into the lower gutters. When they sprayed off the front gutters, gunk sprayed onto the siding and windows. And worst of all, they left one of the gates open. I let my dog out shortly after they left and soon found she had gotten out of the yard. They knew we had a dog because I brought her out when they were doing work. But regardless of that, staff should ALWAYS close gates.

Ā + -1 moreNo work done..realize they have no handiman services now..but it's just plain respect for a customer. I guess I'm not worth it.
Description of Work: I called several times, left messages, no cbs. This is regarding water damage to my bathroom ceiling. Never got what I needed, an estimate for repair. When I couldn't get this I asked if someone could just put a small piece of plastic over the ceiling area. Instead they wanted to come and put a tarp over my roof..charge me for 2 people and the tarp. I would do it myself but recouping from a hip surgery..afraid I will fall. It would take 1 person and maybe 5-10 minutes. I'm not asking for anything free. Left messsge for **..no cb.

Ā + 0 moreBradley and Juan did a fabulous and thorough job on the cleaning of the gutters. The gutter facing was so clean just like new. There was no mess left whatsoever from the cleaning. I specifically requested these two workers as they had done my windows earlier in the week and had done such a wonderful job it just made sense to have them come and do the gutters, which needing cleaning. I am so glad for the ad in Angie's List that I answered for the window washing from Chinook Services and had them do the windows and saw the great work they do and made the decision to have the gutters cleaned. An A 1 company and employees!!!!!!

This job is for one of my properties and the office has no problem setting up a different billing address, patiently went through any questions that I may have. Everyone at Chinook Services are very professional. In fact, they are honest enough to tell me that my online service selections would have resulted in some service overlap, and helped me select the right services so I don't have to pay extra. Talk about integrity, honesty, and caring for customers - I am impressed. On the day of the job, they showed up punctually at the right address, kept me well-informed of the status, and sent me the bill online afterwards. The whole process could not have been more streamlined. I am so satisfied with their service that I scheduled two more jobs for them at another location the following week.
