Ā + 2 more.Jay, Thank you for a job excellently done. It was the end of a very hot day and your techs were ready, willing and able to tackle the gutters of my 100 yr old home. We had recently purchased it, and it had not been maintained. Weeds were growing out of the dirt in the gutters. I feel like your men more than honored my voucher since the gutters were in such bad shape. I even had scheduled a carpet cleaning estimate. And Kelly was super in making all the calls to fix the scheduling confusion. Y'all are top notch. Thank you for making your offer through Angie's List.
Description of Work: I purchased a special voucher offered by Chinook Services through Angie's List. This was a $99 voucher with restrictions on size. My house was steeper requiring two taller ladders that I was charged for - that's why my cost of service was more than the voucher.

We received a reminder before our scheduled appointment and the team showed up on time and performed their work quickly and thoroughly. There was one side window that was missed and they came back out within a few days to complete it with no issues. There was no mess and I couldn't tell anyone had been there except for the extremely clean windows. We hadn't had our windows washed in YEARS and the difference was amazing! Job was done on time, with no mess to clean up what so ever and windows never looked cleaner and no negative feed back from any of the owners at the Condo's. Ā + -1 moreI responded to a "deal" on Angie's list. The deal explained that I would pay extra for a slightly larger house and 2 stories. I found out when they arrived to do the work that I would also pay extra for a shake roof. The price more than doubled from the "deal" price. After they were done I found out that they did not clean the screens. This has always been part of any windowing cleaning I've had done previously but was not included this time. I have no idea how much more they would have charged for that! The windows were clean, but each had spots remaining. I did not bother to have them come back to re-clean the windows. I would probably get a bid from them next time I have the windows done, but will make sure to clarify what services will be included and see if their price is competitive.

Ā + -1 moreThese guys are fabulous! They arrived on the dot at the scheduled time, they are very courteous and professional. Their equipment is pristine. I had a few 3 foot weeds growing out of the gutter debris. They cleaned years of debris from every gutter, tested the downspouts, and cleaned up after the job was done. Altogether they did a really great job and they are a pleasure to work with. I will hire them again next year to clean the gutters and they have my business going forward. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for gutter cleaning and I plan to hire them to clean the moss off of my driveway next month.

Ā + -1 moreThey did a good job. I had moss growing on my drive and walkway and they were able to get the bigger spots off, however there still were a few smaller areas that wouldn't come clean. I purchased a Big Deal for this service, so while they were there I had them give me an estimate on cleaning the walkway that leads to my back yard. I did feel that the quote was a little high, so I ended up not having them do this service for me. I'm giving them an "A" grade for Price for the Big Deal that I purchased, otherwise it might have been more like "B."

They went a little bit over the price of the deal because we had a partial second deck but the additional charge did not bother us because we thought that what happened was fair enough. I was here for a while when the two young men came out and they were both very polite and very conscientious. They just got to the job and got it done. They were very pleasant to work with and very efficient.

For example, a stain on the driveway that was obscured due to moss and patina appeared after they washed the drive. They tried to further remove what appeared to be an epoxy stain but to no avail. I appreciated the extra effort.

Ā + 1 moreThe service provided by this company was excellent. Both the workmen and owner were very patient and professional. My only concern was: my expectation was that my decks and driveway, up to 1000 square feet could be power washed, using the Angie's List coupon for $149. Because the decks were composite and required a different technique which took more time, there was an extra charge. The workers were very respectful as we discussed what needed to be done and the owner called several times to confirm that I wished to proceed and understood the reason for the extra charge. I rated the "Price" category above "B" for this reason. I would recommend Chinook to others and plan on using their services again for my roof and gutters later this summer. I would recommend to anyone using Angie's List to call the company prior to purchasing the coupon to clarify the need for extra charges- I will do so in the future to ensure my expectations are reasonable.

Ā + -1 moreI gave Chinook Services a B for overall quality of services, i.e., cleaning the interior and exterior windows to our house that included the second story. The grading would have been higher, except they forgot to put back the window screens in the upstairs bedroom; and cleaning the leaded glass transom windows that cost extra in the living and dinning room was spotty. Finally, communication with the owner and the interested customer needs to be better. I thought the owner would initiate the contact, since I had paid upfront, and provided 3 possible dates. I ended up calling to schedule the date and time. Although I did appreciate the owner contracting me to inform me that his crew would be at the house at 1:30 PM.

Ā + -1 moreGreat job - The two men who showed up to do the windows were very easy to work with - They were running late and I had to leave in a few minutes but we talked through how to get everything done and they went to work. They were quick and efficient - It's so nice to have clean windows! It's also great they included my French doors and leaded glass windows w/o calling everything a 'special' window at an added cost. I did have some special windows that I had them skip, but in the past with other providers there were a lot more exclusions as to types of windows included in the big deal. I appreciate the work they did, and their great attitude.
