It's vinyl siding and one end had a build up of moss which they got all off. I was so impressed with how thorough they were I'm planning to have them back in the spring to do another deck and the driveway.

If anyone has a similar project of balancing a stackable washer/ dryer I would highly recommend E &T. They left me speechless with their expert service!

The only glitch was that they initially went to my old address, rather than my current home. That was an Angie's List glitch, no fault of the vendor. When the error became apparent, they did not complain or ask to reschedule - they simply came to my new address and did the job. I recommend Chinook Services without reservation.

Ā + -1 moreThe crew arrived a few minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment. Cory and Matt worked on soft washing the house in a fast, efficient, and professional manner. They were courteous and explained the process thoroughly. I watched as they worked and the solution they were using completely eliminated the mold and mildew on the north side of the house, and the chimney where it was the worst. It took longer than I expected it would from the initial contact to the finish of the work but I am pleased with the result.
Description of Work: To start the process of getting one side of my house and the chimney cleaned I purchased an "exterior" pressure wash from Angie's list. Chinook services contacted me immediately after the purchase. I learned that the deal I purchased only applied to exterior concrete. The deal was left in place until an estimate could be scheduled approximate 2 weeks later. It was determined during the estimate that I really needed an exterior soft wash, not pressure washing. I then applied for and got a refund of the deal I had purchased, and a new estimate was provided. It was then an additional week before the work could be done.

They came on time (even before time and waited outside of my house, I went out to let them know that they can start working on the job) They took out all the garbage from gutters first then cleaned with normal hose pressure. Job was done in less than 45 mins. Only concern I have is the price. I think, I did a rookie (new homeowner) mistake, my gutters were not that bad for the cost. I would suggest to have a look at your gutters, if its easy to clean, do it yourself with normal hose. You just need ladder and a hose to complete this job.

Ā + -1 moreWe had a different service provider pressure wash our house and were not satisfied, so I came to Angies List to find a a quality service. I contacted Chinook Services and received outstanding customer service by Shawna. She helped me get the job scheduled quickly. Two guys came out, on time, and they were concerned that we would received quality service and asked us questions, etc. We walked around the house and I pointed out what needed to be done before we painted. Very professional and polite. They were here almost 90 minutes. They took off years of dirt, which will help a great deal to prep for our painting. They did an awesome job on the pressure washing!!

Ā + -1 moreChinook Services showed up to clean the windows on time. Determined as I thought that the outside top windows were too high. I was not expecting them to do the top floor (> 40 ft) but they told me they could come back and do the final top windows. So the first day they did all the inside windows and the bottom two floors outside windows. The next day another team came back that specialized in working with high outside windows and they finished the job. My husband and I are very happy with the results.

Ā + -1 moreChris and Brandon arrived right on time. They talked to us for a few minutes about what they were going to do and how they would go about it. They made sure that we understood that there is an optional $3 charge per screen for those that need a full cleaning. (Optional meaning that we could choose for them to clean the screens for $3 or do them ourselves later.) I appreciated them reviewing all the details before they began. Then they set off to work. Both were very professional and respectful of our home. About 90 minutes later our entire house was done. There were a few areas that were difficult to clean and they did not ignore them, but made sure that we were also aware of the issues. They did excellent work. It is surprisingly nice to look through beautifully clean windows again. Thank you!! One comment to the owner, I didn't have cash to pay the balance so I used my credit card. I assumed it be processed with a card reader, but instead all my credit card information was transferred to a sheet of paper for delivery to the office. While I'm sure your guys are trustworthy, if that paperwork gets lost or stolen, my information is all there. I didn't ask if I could pay on-line, but in hindsight I wish I had thought to do that. This is no reflection on the work that was done, or your business, just a consideration in this time when identity theft is on all our minds. Thank you again for my sparkling clean windows!

Ā + 0 moreThey used some type of organic cleaner, which they specialize in, that did not kill or remove any of the moss on the roof. The gutters were also full again a month after the cleaning. I contacted them and they came back out and cleaned the gutters but again the gutters were not cleaned very well and were still partially full. I contacted them again and they said it would be an additional $300 to come back and do any more cleaning. I finally contacted another company and they cleaned every bit of moss of the roof and out of the gutters for half the price of what I paid this company. I would not recommend their services.
Description of Work: They came out to clean the tile roof and gutters. We had moss on the roof about 1 inch thick.

Ā + 0 moreI bought a big deal for interior and exterior window cleaning of 1 level, they contacted me immediately to schedule a time. The day of service they arrived early and quoted me the add'l to do the skylights and 2nd level it was very reasonable so we agreed on it.The 2 guys one was Ryan I can't remember the other ones name but they were quiet efficient and very nice. Overall the service was great my windows are sparkling and I would definitely use this company again. The only somewhat negative comment I would have is after they left I discovered where there were dirty drips on the interior window ledges and down the wall in a few places. So I would suggest inspecting before they go or asking if it is possible to wipe the bottom ledge of the windows before finishing as well.

I purchased one of the power washing deals offered by Chinook Services and was contacted by Jay the next day to set up a day and time. He asked about the type of surface they would be cleaning, and then sent me an official appointment confirmation that included information sheets to let me know what to expect. They also sent a reminder the day before, which is always nice. On the day of the appointment they arrived on time and spent time talking with me to make sure they understood what I wanted done. They were very professional, friendly guys and I enjoyed speaking with them. And I'm beyond thrilled with the job they did! My concrete aggregate driveway is in the shade during the winter and looks like a moss farm by the time spring rolls around. And even though I try to get it cleaned off the driveway doesn't look very good during the summer so I finally took the crowbar to my wallet and bought this deal. I'm glad I did because the driveway looks like it's brand new, which is just amazing. (I couldn't stop saying "wow" when I was talking to them as they were wrapping things up.) I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to contact them in the future to get some additional work performed.

They were friendly and very professional and they really knew their windows. I had purchased a Angies List special for $149 to clean the windows inside and out. I knew that I would be paying extra because my house is two stories and I have two skylights. They did an amazing job. My windows had not been cleaned for probably at least three years. They are so clean now and look absolutely beautiful. I would totally use this company again. It was a very pleasant experience.
Description of Work: They cleaned all my windows both inside and out and also my skylights and my inside French doors. They were friendly and professional. It looks fabulous.

Ā + -1 moreI always call the company prior to purchasing coupons to confirm that they will in fact travel to Marysville and also to confirm they can do my skylights. I have a one-story rambler, so it really doesn't seem like a big issue. I purchased the coupon offered by Chinook Services. When I scheduled the appointment I told the server that I would want my two skylights cleaned inside and out, the additional price was quoted and I said that is fine. Every company I have dealt with charges extra for this service and I believe that is quite reasonable. Two young men arrived about 15 minutes earlier than scheduled and I thought that was a "good" omen. One did exterior and one did interior cleaning. The interior cleaner seemed to have a problem doing the skylights and said, "Black streaks could flow down the ceiling paint and sometimes repainting was the only way to get rid of the marks." I asked him, "How dirty do you think my windows are??" For the record, my skylights have been cleaned twice a year for as long as they have been a part of my house -- more than a decade. I tired of his arguments and told him to just skip the interior skylights, but the exterior was cleaned very satisfactorily. I'm confident it was simply a personal issue but, nonetheless, did not meet the standard I raised when scheduled the appointment. This is why I dropped the grade in Professionalism, putting the onus on the worker and not necessarily the company. I would commend the young man who cleaned the outside of the windows and his willingness to attach the exterior sunscreen to the kitchen skylight after the glass was cleaned.
