Ā + 0 moreok. left mess on stairs that I cleaned up and dirt washed down from gutters remained at end of downspouts and I cleaned that also. When I reported this they were very apologetic and offered to come out and correct, but I had taken care of it already. Not sure if I would have them come out again.

Ā + 1 moreEverything went well. The guys were early and very easy to deal with. They listened to a few concerns I had about my roof in particular and addressed them when they did their work. Overall, it was a really good experience and feel like they were very fair with what they charged. They weren't nickle and dimming for something that took them 2 minutes to do. I'd be happy to use them again.
Description of Work: Chinook Services cleaned the gutters on my roof. I have a tall house so I haven't been able to get up on the roof. The guys did a good job with the gutters and reattached one that had disconnected prior to their arrival. They made sure the downspouts were clear and worked on the ones that needed it.

Ā + -1 moreVery nice guys, showed up early which worked fine. Briefly explained what they would be doing and what to expect. I had one very old side gutter hanging by a thread off my detached garage so I asked what they thought I should do with it. They recommended having it completely pulled down. About 10 minutes one of the guys knocked on the door and asked if I would like them to fully remove and haul away the useless gutter. Of course I said "Sure!!" It would ordinarily cost me to have someone else take it down and haul away so I was thrilled.

Ā + 0 more~3000 Sq Feet 2 level home gutter cleaning and checking all downspout, 7 year old home with no trees above roof level. Found a great deal through Angie's list on gutter cleaning. Coupon was for a smaller sq footage and does not include tax. They called to say that they were running a bit late(for the B grade), only about 30 minutes though. 2 guys show up in a work van and greet. They are very easy going and friendly. No surprises on price and get right to work. No up-sell or any of that non sense. My home was left very clean and done within the time-frame estimated. Left with the invoice. Will definitely use them again for their other services.

I asked for an addition of doing our second floor windows and he fit it into his schedule so he could do it all at once. Chinook's staff are very responsive and stay in close touch to make sure your expectations are met. Would highly recommend them.

Told me the different costs to do certain jobs and how long the job would take. I am a single female senior citizen and have been taken advantaged of by garden services, window installer and roofer. I certainly did not feel ripped off by this company!! I would use Chinook Services again!

Ā + 0 moreThe service itself went very smoothly and we were very satisfied. The price is the issue. When all was said and done we paid about $200 for the gutter cleaning. $100 for the angies coupon, $100 extra because our house was bigger. Our previous cleaning company without any coupons also charged us around the same amount of money. So really we didn't get any deals here. The service was comparable. So: Without the coupon the price is a C - an average deal. I'd expect to pay a little over $200 to have my gutters cleaned for my house. Without a coupon then - it's a D. A bad deal - significantly more expensive than competitors. I'd use them again as the service was good. Just need to adjust expectations when thinking about getting extra value.

They arrived right on time, introduced themselves, assured me that there would only be a tax charge (which must be charged later based on zip code of client) and got right to work. I left soon after for work, but nearly two hours later when I called home, they were still there. One guy was on the front roof hand-picking debris out of the gutters when I left. It seemed like a very efficient job and the price was terrific. I would definitely use them again.
