Ā + -1 moreThey were great. They were running behind because the job before mine was taking longer than expected but they called to let me know so I could stay at work longer. They arrived on time. They cleaned the gutters and didn't leave any mess. The found a beehive in my gutter and tried to blast it out with water without success. The bees started to swarm to they had to leave it. Luckily no one got stung! They tested my downspouts and decided that they were working just fine.

She set up the original appointment and was very helpful throughout the subsequent appointments, keeping me updated on arrival times. I added roof moss removal to the gutter cleaning deal. Jason Kalles came to do both jobs and installing some gutter guard. He was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. It was late in the day, but he took care to make sure that everything, including working high up on the roof, was done properly. He cleaned up and checked to see if I was satisfied.

Ā + -1 moreI bought a deal for $99 for gutter cleaning, and I made sure to read all the fine prints before ordering. After the purchase, I was able to schedule the gutter cleaning very quickly. The day they came out to do the job, the worker told me this house did not fit the package that I bought. They needed to charge a lot more to do the whole house. I then told him that I read the fine prints and this house does indeed fit within the package description. The worker then called their office, who at first tried to tell me the same thing. But when I showed the worker the printout from Angie's List, and he relayed it to their office, the office then agreed to honor the package. They did say that their records showed a different package, but that problem was between them and Angie's List, not mine. The worker did a great job cleaning the gutters. I would recommend them to anyone else.

They only cleaned the window panes. I expected them to clean the entire window but they didn't do that. They just did the surface area and not the tracks and the runners.

I had prepped the house per the emailed request, so they got right to work after a quick walk-through. For the most part, I am pleased with the results. Some windows still have streaks, but it was an overcast day, and I can understand visibility was not the best. The service description in the communication from the company indicated that the sills and tracks would be cleaned. The inside sills were wiped, but the window tracks were not. I can live with that because I'm pleased to have clean windows, but it's not what I expected.

Ā + -1 moreThe providers were prompt and courteous and did a great job. They washed some glass panels in the house and they have never looked better! I paid extra for the extra work which included three skylights as well as the glass panels, but I feel like the extra charges were fair. When I discovered a few streaks on the outside of the windows during the next couple of days they made arrangements to come out to fix the problem. I will definitely use their services again!

The coupon covered 1,000 ft of pressure washing and since my original work request was less than that, he made sure to add in enough to get me to the maximum. They went right to work and did a great job. Everything is bright and clean and all the moss and dirt are gone. There was a bit of splatter on the back of the house and under the deck. They wiped most of it away, but the puddles and the splatter under the deck were still there when they left. It was a very minor complaint. Overall, they did a great job and I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Pressure washed my small deck space, trex stairs and concrete patio and my small front stoop and stairs.

Ā + 0 moreThe front looks good and is secure now. I like the front deck. I did ask Travis to built the step wide enough for a size 10 shoe, which he didn't. The spray that Jay did was not very well done. He did one heavy coat instead of 2 light coats. I now have to scrape the drips, sand them & repaint. They were nice & friendly. They also offered me a deal on extra work that I needed done in the future which was nice of them.
Description of Work: I pulled up all the boards off the deck that were rotten. Jay came through, cut new boards and replaced boards. He also spray painted the built in benches, front & back and railings. I had primed the deck previously. He reviewed the front deck and said he could take certain pieces off and repair them. I took the railing off myself. Jay came back and did not have the tool to replace one more board in the back. Travis came with Jay & replaced some boards in the front deck and built a small step in front for my mother. There were some runs in paint on back deck.

Ā + -1 moreEverything went well, except, that even after a long discussion about cleaners bending the window screens in the future, and assurances that they wouldn't do that, they bent one of the screens! I wish they'd fessed up before leaving, but they didn't and my husband discovered it when he got home. That said, none of the other screens were bent and upon getting it repaired by another contractor, we were told he altered the size a smidge to prevent that in the future. So all in all, the problem could well have stemmed from the screen being a tighter fit than necessary. Other than that, they did a great job, were timely, fast and well priced. So I would use them again.
Description of Work: They cleaned the upstairs and downstairs windows of our 2100 square foot, two story house.

Ā + -1 moreI understand that some jobs do go over their expected time allowance. I appreciated a call giving me a heads up that they wouldn't be able to make the 1-2pm starting time. They gave me the option of rescheduling the next afternoon; however, that wouldn't work. I had prepped the areas around the inside windows to make it easier to get that part of the work done. The young man who arrived about 3pm was a good representative for your company. He started the inside windows a few minutes after 3pm, and the others arrived shortly afterwards to complete the outside portion. The job itself was completed to my satisfaction -- when the sun came out the next afternoon, it was a great improvement and showed just how much the window washing was needed.
Description of Work: Chinook Services offered an Angie's List deal ($149) to wash the inside and outside of my windows. There was an additional $65 charges for a 2nd story and $3 per screen, both of which were stated in the deal explanation.
