Ā + 1 moreCrew arrived with all the needed equipment at the time agreed. They quickly set up access to the roof with no damage to the plantings around the house. The gutters were cleaned from the roof. Debris was removed and placed in plastic bags. The gutters were washed down and the remained debris removed from gutters. Down spouts were then flushed to Insure they were not blocked. Upon completion the site was clean and all debris was removed from the site.

Ā + 0 moreThey came on time. They charged more than the Angies list deal as they house is bigger than 1800 sf. They wanted more to charge for the house is taller than 22nd feet. I told them that is part of gutter cleaning. They called their manger and waived that portion of the bill. They did an acceptable job on the cleaning. But I have to point to them to clean all the wetness in the entrance of the house from spraying water. They also use the blower to clean all the mess from gutter cleaning. Overall acceptable.

Ā + -1 moreI purchased the deal and made arrangements with the company to get the work done. Basically the $149 was for a one story, so they added $65 to add the second story. I wanted to be sure there would be no other fees and I explained my home to her and there was some other additional fees for my skylights. She told me a firm price of $235. Well then they said they would be coming by my home to ensure the price quoted was correct, as if she forgot the conversation we had about the price already. So then a gentleman came by and tried to tell me it would be $650! But since I was with Angies List, they would let me have the service for half price, $325. Which was $100 more than what the lady had quoted and well over what the original deal was listed. At that point I told him no thanks and we would not be using the company.

Ā + 0 moreThey arrived on time and did a very good job of cleaning the gutters and also did an excellent job of cleaning up around the work area after the gutters were cleaned. I would use this service again if it weren't for how they calculate the price they are going to charge. They don't calculate the price based on how much gutter space you have; instead they calculate the price based on the square footage of your home. in my case, although I have a two story 2400 sq ft home, I only have gutters on two sides of the house because of the shape of the roof. If you measured the amount of gutter space that needed to be cleaned on my house, it came out to be less gutter space than the 1800 square foot two story, gutters on all four sides, home they said they would clean for $100.00. I ended up being charged $166.00. So, all in all, they did a very good job of cleaning the gutters. I would use them again if it weren't for the fact that the way they determine what they will charge makes having them clean my particular house too expensive.

Ā + 2 moreFirst thing was that Jay from Chinook Services called about 20 minutes before Travis was scheduled to arrive to let me know Travis would be about 10 minutes late. Not a problem - especially when they let me know in advance about it. Travis asked where the shower was that needed the sliding glass doors removed. (I had started to remove the doors but I had trouble figuring out how to remove them and I had serious doubts that I could handle the weight of the doors since I recently broke my leg.) Travis removed the doors, brought them downstairs and stored them in our garage, and then brought up the new doors and stored them in the new bathroom to be installed at a later date (when my leg heals more and I can remove the old frame and install the new frame). Once he was done with that he removed an old light fixture in the bathroom and installed a new one. He then went into our other bathroom and installed drywall on our 6' x 10' ceiling. He got a lot done and we got a GREAT deal.

Ā + 0 moreI was very pleased with every aspect of the gutter and pressure-washing service. I used an Angies coupon, but expected two add-on prices for extra ladder-length and roof-pitch. They found a way to do the work without having to deal with the 6/12 roof-pitch, and their basic ladder was tall enough to reach a gutter that a previous servicer had found necessary to bypass. They had an excellent pressure-washing surfacer & compressor, and knew how to use them; they did my driveway, sidewalk and aggregate patio. I had asked for the latest appointment available, and the result was they finished after dark, but there was no hint of dissent and the job looks perfect to me.
