Ā + 2 moreIt turned out pretty good for us. They came back for another deal a month later. It was a couple more hours of work that they did for us. We did pay more but that wasn't part of the deal. Its an additional service for them to come back and do something else. I think they charged us for tax on top of the big deal purchase. What's good is that he took his time to do an accurate job. He asked me what I wanted and how I wanted the trim to look. He gave me a couple of options. He did a very professional job. The number one reason to work with this provider if probably because of the skill. They worked with us really well on scheduling. We had to change a couple of times but they're very good with that too. They need to work on getting hold of them. I had to leave a lot of messages and get back with each other.
Description of Work: I purchased and stained wood trim for my windows. They got them installed. There was a couple of other odd jibs like repairing my vinyl floor and he gave us an estimate in a future job of replacing some insulation.

Ā + 0 moreThe actual labor guy worked with us really well on what we wanted and how we wanted. We had to reschedule a little bit. The office guy was not very happy with us but the worker was fine.
Description of Work: They helped demo a porch roof. They gave us a plan and supply list for the new one. It was just a temporary structure from my previous concession. We just kept it up there for awhile but it was just not meant to be a permanent structure.

Ā + 0 moreThe two young men showed up early for the appointment, but were very professional.They measured the space and let me know that they were able to do what I had wanted done was within the parameters of "The Big Deal". They moved everything, it was apparent they had worked together, they each had their own jobs, worked very well together....The patio and concrete looks Fab!!!! My husband is not a fan of hiring out things he can do, but when he got home from work he was so pleased this was done.

They cleaned up after they cleaned the gutters and they cleaned up the surrounding area. They were very quick and they were very good. My gutters were really backed up and they did an awesome job. Ā + -1 moreThe service went fine. We did have to pay the tax for the service that was not included in the deal price. They were responsive and flexible with scheduling. Two technicians came out. The day they came out it was icy and they were not able to clean the gutters then. They came back out the next day for the service. I was not home the second time they were out but I really appreciated them coming back out for the job. They were pleasant to work with and great at explaining what they would do.

Ā + 0 moreIt was very easy to schedule. They were pro-active and reached right out to schedule after we bought the service through Angie's List. They came out at scheduled time without difficulty. We didn't have to be home, which was great! We had to pay an additional amount because of square footage of our house, but we expected that and it was reasonable. One downspout was not re-attached. When we noticed and gave them a call about it, they came back out promptly to fix it. I would go with them again. They were professional and responsive, and it was a pretty hassle free experience.

They also explained that if they came across any complications or extra charges, they would let me know ahead of time. The whole process took about 90 minutes without any surprises. After cleaning the gutters, they took a leaf blower and cleaned any remaining debris.

The crew showed up on time and cleaned out our gutters. They noticed a crack in one part and gave us recommendations on how to fix it. The only part that was a little frustrating was having to cover the tax for an Angies coupon purchased. It would have been nice to have the tax included in the coupon price so I didn't have to schedule a payment.

Ā + -1 moreThe gentleman came on time and looked at the door -- he didn't think it was too much of a problem and began to work. Unfortunately, the doors were not going to cooperate and took up the whole two hours I bought with the sale. Basically, He hung a pre-hung door and moved that door into another door's place where he had to flip it to swing differently and shave the bottom. After 4 hours, I asked him to stop as my coupon had ran out of time and I was not looking to pay another $75. I was left to reinstall the trim for the pre-hung door; install and adjust the lock to fit on both doors which was another 2 hours; I would not hire them again only because it is too highly priced especially when I had to finish the work myself.
