Ā + -1 moreWhat they did was acceptable but one guy not good and I had to have the main guy finish up what he didn't do correctly. I have way less windows on this house because most only are on two sides of the main floor and only one side on basement which they didn't do. I don't like trickery in the estimate of charge. I didn't get the full value of the supposedly allotted time.
Description of Work: First he wanted to charge me way more over the phone because of the county records of square feet. My daylight basement was included in the square feet but I would have only had outside windows on the daylight side done. Instead they cleaned my main floor only 1800 feet and finished within an 1 1/2 hours. They had alloted 3 hours - they could have done the 4 windows outside on my basement. I am going back to my old window washers that cleaned all the windows and screens too for the $125.00. I found the owner deceiving about his advertising - using county records sq ft?

Ā + -1 moreI was able to schedule easily and someone showed up to do the job promptly. In fact, I got a call on Friday because they had an earlier opening and were in the area, but I could not meet them at that time. Michael was the handy man who worked on my projects and his work was superb. I asked him to assemble a shelf I had not gotten around too -it involved some sawing. He made the finished product sturdier than I had designed originally. Other than that, the rest of the work was great as well. The service was excellent and I would definitely ask the tech to come out again and complete some additional things for me.
Description of Work: I am updating this review -I was not asked by the provider to do so. My previous review: I have purchased the deal, but haven't been contacted by them to schedule. I have initiated scheduling.

Ā + 0 moreRyan and Ryan were nice kids and were even early. The order only had the windows to be cleaned, however they wiped the screens or dust too. It was unclear if the window rails inside should have been included, so one of them just did a quick wipe, but not a deep clean. A couple days after admiring the beauty of clean windows I noticed that the excess cleaner on the outside was not wiped up and now dirt is collecting on my outside ledges. I would recommend this be watched and correction adjusted while service is being done. Other than that I couldn't complain about the service as stated and performed.

Ā + -1 moreTook longer than anticipated but the quality was good. Ended up being about 20 hours (much longer than the one day big deal). Initially their hourly rate was about 2x the hourly rate in the big deal but the manager/owner reduced the rate which was really fair of him. Great job

Ā + 2 morePerfectly I was surprised he was able to get that much done so quickly. He went from one project to the other was very friendly and helpful.
Description of Work: He arrived right on time at 9 AM fixed the sagging fence, finished the gate project my son started the previous year which required carpentry and putting cement in the post hole. Then he installed window blinds in my bedroom also fixed rotted wood on my deck and removed some damaged border trim at the bottom of the wall in my living room.

There was some initial confusion because they charge based on the square footage of the house and they'd pulled up the county records which include both the basement and main floor in the total square footage. Once we'd explained that the actual footprint of the house was less than half the total square footage listed on the county website, we were good to go. It was a little difficult communicating with the boss to totally understand the moss treatment. I thought it included them coming back to take the moss off the roof once it died, but they later told me they'd charge extra (at like $100/hr I think and they estimated 3 hours). I just left the dead moss on the roof.

Also fixed a problem with a glass shower door handle. All work was completed in a timely manner. Will hire them again to do other jobs, if the need arises. Great job!

Ā + -1 moreThe provider did everything as quoted and specified. Our home is 2 stories - which they make very clear in the offer and over the phone as they quoted prices. Skylights are additional (which they also make clear). Chinook sent two technicians and they called me to see if it was ok to come early. They worked efficiently - even on a 90 degree day. They will conduct a walkthrough before the work starts and they will conduct another walkthrough when they're finished. All my windows and skylight are spotless - especially the hard to reach ones and clear as ever - so clear they even exposed a manufacturer's blemish on my Milgard windows. I would use their services again and will refer them to our Facebook Homeowners Group page. Thank you very much Chinook Services!

They were able to squeeze me and were very accommodating. His team called before they arrived, gave me a cost estimate, then discussed the details of the job. They were kind, professional and did an amazing job! My brick has never looked so good! They cleaned up quickly and were gone! Great company!

They arrived about 1-1/2 hours later which was okay with us. They called to tell us when they were about 15 minutes away. They went right to work wearing shoe covers when they were in the house. They were very polite and were respectful in our home. The fact that they were late does not cause a negative review because we know that a job scheduled before us can cause unexpected delays and we all know what the traffic is like these days. They were good about keeping us informed. We would welcome Jason and Jerry anytime.

Rehung a mirror in master bath no one else had been able to fix, and glued some fallen tiles onto edge of vanity. Cut down some bamboo that has overrun its containment.

They worked efficiently and completed all the services in a reasonable amount of time. Because of the nature of the work being done, multiple work days had to be scheduled. Nicole was very helpful and responsive over the phone for scheduling and organizing the work to be performed. All in all it was a positive experience. The roof is free of moss, the gutters and windows are clean and the repairs do the drywall on our ceiling look as good as new.

On the spot they gave quotes for the garage door and skylights which were very reasonable, so we added into the package.
