Ā + 0 moreThey were friendly, they were right on time and they washed the walks. When I first wrote the review I had some streaks and "holidays". (My dad always called missed spots "holiday".) I gave them 'B' for quality. Before Chinook Services even saw my review they contacted me themselves to do their own quality check. When I told Jay about the streaks he said they guarantee their work and would like to come back to fix it. They returned the next week at a time that was convenient for me. I am VERY happy with their work, and especially with their ethics. I really don't think you could go wrong hiring this company.

Ā + -1 moreThey did just fine. They were fast and efficient. Everything got blown afterwards. The only problem with any of these folks is they always blew all the stuffs that they don't pick up when they do a final blow through your sidewalk and walkway. They blew out right into my garden bed. They were probably one of the better gutter cleaning groups that we've had. We have some better just less of the mess everywhere and they didn't take any of it with them. They did get most of what came off of the gutter into bags that they took away. They were speedy. They did a really good job. I would recommend them.

Ā + 0 moreI purchased the big deal for gutter cleaning and the scheduling person was very pleasant, even though I'm sure she was inundated with calls. They also called the day before and confirmed they'd be there. Two young men arrived exactly on time and were delightful. They got the work done quickly and efficiently and threw in a camera adjustment for free! I have cameras mounted just below the eves and they were able to reach under and adjust while I looked at the image on my phone. I'll definitely call them again and will probably set up a routine gutter cleaning since there is a 15% discount for doing so.

Ā + -1 moreDidn't notice until after they left that they didn't wipe down some of the inside window sills - so had to go back over a good portion of the windows/sills. Dirty water remnants remained all the way down to the floor baseboard from the windows above the entry. Also, wood section between the upper entry windows is scratched the width of the wood - probably by the washing tool they used, perhaps accidentally scraped while moving to the next window. An expensive lesson learned.

Ā + -1 moreThe job went great! We love the new panels (now has a nice frame where the old ones did not). The breezeway roof looks good. Everything has a professional and nicely finished appearance. No longer looks like a homeowner job! The front office and the handyman were very nice to work with and were very responsive.
Description of Work: Originally, we had Chinook Services replace four trellis panels and replace a broken plastic roofing over a breezeway. Part of the facade was rotting so that had to get replaced and painted. In addition, an electrical conduit that ran over the breezeway roof was found to be leaking moisture and was also replaced.

I asked them about about cleaning the tiles in the house and they said they did but they didn't because it was not part of the deal that was agreed upon. They had to fit it in the time -they wanted to spend like two hours here and that would have taken them over which I was willing to pay for. They were very cheap. I have already signed up to use them next spring.

Jason was prompt, courteous, thorough, and quick. I would certainly use Chinook again for this service.
