They were too expensive for me. The cleaning was good.

Two guys came and they did an excellent job cleaning my house windows inside and out. They also cleaned the screens. They were courteous and respectful. They removed their shoes inside as I asked them. I can now enjoy looking through clean windows. I will definitely use them again.

They did a good job. He was a B because they charged for additional windows. They said I was beyond the number of windows. They said the deal was for a one story home and I had a split level. It was not really 100%. It was a good price.

Fans were substantially done, vents weren't strapped, but I did that. The installation took several trips. The faucet handles were installed, but not tightened down; I will need to fix that. Also didn't use all hours paid for, but received an erroneous bill, adding to the original amount and not crediting the unused billing hours. Vendor corrected the bill in a timely manner.

Great job. And quiet so didn't wake up the sleeping baby and toddler!

The two guys sent to do the job arrived on time, they were both quit young, like early 20's maybe. They were very respectful and professional. The problem I had is that they went on my roof and started hosing down my gutters which were full of pine needles and made them go into my down spout (which they don't clean out). I was concerned about that when I saw what they were doing since some of my down spouts go under my house and I can not access them to clean them out. I asked them to not make all the pine needles go down into the down spouts. they said no, they would not. They left and about a week later it started raining for about two days. I could hear what sounded like gurgling water from inside my house while I was trying to sleep. I went outside with a flashlight and could see the water was pouring out of a small break in the upper part of the down spout. It was about 2:00 in the morning so the next day I went out and took that down spout apart and there was about 4 feet of very compacted pine needles came out of there. I had to put a hard wire up there to pull the very compacted needles out of the top area of the down spout. I filled up a whole large plastic garbage bag with what came out of there. I understand that I only paid $100. for this service but that's what they were advertising. They also noted that they don't clean the down spouts (extra charge I think). The problem I have is that they knew they weren't going to clean my down spouts then they should not have filled it with what they cleaned out of my gutters. I believe this made water come in my interior walls as I now have bubbled paint and brown marks in that area of my house. The one good thing is that I don't detect the same issue in the down spouts that extend under the house that I could not clean out if they were full of debris. I was disappointed with the technique used to clean my gutters and I believe it has caused further damage to my house because of the way they did it. I'm no professional of course or I would have done the job myself but I believe I could have done this better myself and even I know better than to not clog up the down spouts (especially if I have no intention of cleaning them out afterwards) and I've never cleaned a gutter before.

This is the 2nd time we have used them, first at the house we sold and this one at my mother in laws house. The driveway and sidewalk had not been cleaned in years and although I own a pressure washer we were so impressed with the work they did at our old house that we hired them again. They did an incredible job and it looks 1000 times better now.

Very straightforward. They responded and showed up in a timely manner and did a good job. One annoying point, and why I gave them a B overall and for professionalism: they left quietly, and also left invoice for the tax in my door (really?) so I then had to call the office and pay the $9+change by phone. I've never had that happen before with these deals - maybe I missed some fine print somewhere, but will likely not use them again for this reason.

It was a gutter cleaning special provided through Angies list. It was supposed to be for $99. I saw nothing about sq. footage restrictions in the ad . We have a typical 3 bedroom split that was built in the 1970's. There are so many just like ours around Puget Sound. Ours is no larger than any other. About 1200 sq. ft. of roof. No fancy roof work like you see in modern construction, thus no additional gutters. I had to wait my turn for about a month or so. Apparently they had a lot of interest in this deal. They came out and did the job. They asked if someone would be home in case they were additional charges. ( Did they already plan that?) I said no, sorry I couldn't get off work that day. They said that was ok. When they were done I was charged an additional $80.00 for Extra Sq. footage. So the $99.00 gutter cleaning on a typical Puget Sound split was really $180.00, almost double the special price. It is unlikely I will ever use their service again. Also the biggest disappointment was Angies List. I thought wrongly that I could trust a special I found there. I know that I cannot. I will have to rethink how I approach specials on Angies list in future.

They did a great job. On time. Very professional. Windows looked great.

They are highly rated on Angie's List but I don't think that much of their work. I just felt like they didn't do a good job. When I inspected their work, it seemed like it was still kind of dirty. The work was for nine living units, three units in each building. Their pricing wasn't really out of line. It seemed like they took a long time to get the job done. I think the particular workers they used were not that good. I just wasn't satisfied with the job. The price was okay. I think we get this service done every other year and I can't remember if we've used them before but as long as I continue to be the president of this small under association, I think we can get some one who does a better job.

Great! It was a job that I needed to get done, and they did a nice job. They do all sorts of general repairs, and I am happy with all of them.

It went great. They did a good job, and advised us on best ways to keep junk from getting into our downspouts. We are very happy.

Our gutters had not been cleaned for a few years and were full of dirt and old leaves. The guys from Chinook did a great job and were courteous and even arrived earlier than the scheduled time (they did call first to let me know). All in all a good experience. (My only issue turned out to be I hadn't read the fine print on the $99 coupon I got thru AL. Had to pay an add'l fee because of square footage. But, oh well!).

Alerted me immediately that I had overestimated their time commitment so I had enough time to think of other projects. Did an excellent job with the tasks.

They arrived right on time, and did a great job. They did their job fast and cleaned up after themselves pretty good.

They were great. They moved everything and put it back exactly how it was. I would absolutely use them again.

The house we had this done on is a rental that we are getting ready to sell. Both of us live out of state, so getting reliable, professional and ethical service providers can be challenging. Chinook Services was easy to communicate with, they performed the service well. When I was able to make a visit to the property a week or so later the job was completed, all debris removed and no sign that they had been there except for pristine gutters. I'd fully recommend Chinook Services.

It went ok. Good but not impressive.

Great from beginning to end! Very large house with upper story very high (50 ft?). Very quick response to schedule a bid. Bid the job, not per window. I needed the windows washed about a month out on a specific day. They called ahead to confirm and arrived exactly on time. Chris G and Ryan W were a great crew. No dripping on the sills or floors. Worked carefully and efficiently, and did a great job. Missed a couple of spots and immediately took care of them.
