Not much to say other than "great job!" They stayed as long as it took to get the gutters, roof, and deck surfaces clean -- which was quite a bit longer than they probably expected, due to the size of the house. Very painless process overall, and at a fair price. Will definitely use them again next year.

They did a good job of getting the moss off of all the surfaces that they cleaned. Unfortunately, I wasn't home when they did the work and there were some additional areas that I would have had them do, for an additional charge, if I had been there. They were generous with the size of the area they did for the price of the Coupon that we had. Apparently their pressure washer broke at the end of the job but that didn't seem to have an effect on the quality of the work. I will call them back to have the rest of the area done. I'm pleased with Chinook and have used them for gutters and windows as well.

The two guys who came out were friendly and patient as I surveyed them on their tools and practices. I apparently have an easy roof to work on (relatively small sq. footage + the slope I'm assuming) and so the phone quote was accurate. They were fast enough and afterwards explained what I need to do to remove the moss that's grown over the past year. All of the work was done without pressure to use Chinook for the moss removal, which makes using them for exactly that all the more easy. They had a dog in the car. The work was done efficiently and quickly. When the service technicians were packing up to leave, they noticed a small area of gutter hadn't been cleaned, so they came back and finished it. They were professional and friendly.

Wish the service was cheaper, but it's on par with what other local companies charge for gutter cleaning. Scheduling was fine. They did the job while I was at work and didn't leave a trace that they had been there.

I booked the service through a deal of 1000 sg ft of pressure washing for $199 (plus tax). Email confirmation and follow-up phone calls with staff were courteous and straightforward. On the day of the appointment, the technicians were able to arrive early and phoned ahead to confirm. The technicians were also courteous and professional. We talked over my priorities (removing the moss build-up which had become a safety issue) and then they measured the spaces I identified. The total sq footage was over the 1000 sq ft covered in the deal and I had the choice of sticking to the original sq footage or adding the remainder onto the service for $0.20/sq ft (essentially the same price per sq ft as the deal). I agreed to have the entire area cleaned, which they completed efficiently. Everything went smoothly and the results were great. I would use Chinook Services again.

They were pretty good. For the price, they were okay. We have tile on our property in the yard. When I pressure wash it, I only pressure wash the tile and I'm able to do pretty well. The sand between the pieces of tile pretty well stays intact. It's not hundred percent. I thought they were not careful enough about disturbing the sand beside the tile.

The first time they came there was a problem with the machine so they couldn't really do the job and had to come back about a week later to do the job. I have not hired anyone to do this before so perhaps I expected too much. The pressure washing was done well. Other than the initial equipment failure, my only complaint is that there was a bit of a mess that I had to clean up afterward, e.g. my garage door, planter, and some siding had splattered dirt from the cleaning.

First, they were an hour and a half late. The crew that arrived was not the crew that was supposed to come.. The whole cleaning took less than 50 minutes. I also asked for zinc sulfate on the roof, and it was used in 2 small spots on the right corner of garage. They put very little on the rest of the house. It just barely covered the uppermost part of the crests. They also missed the cleaning of the gutter on the back of my deck. They also tore out some leaf screens, that I put in a few years ago. They ripped it out, threw it down, and didn't even clean it up. I read though the fine print and it said "Anything over 1850 square feet there will be a charge." I feel that they should be using linear feet to decide the charge. In addition, my house is a two level home covered by one roof so total sq feet of the house is irrelevant. Ladder work is at a minimum because they use a hose to clean out the gutter from an employee on the roof. My total bill has gone from $129 to $300. I told them I am not paying the $80 for the Zinc Sulfate, My roof was installed 41/2 years ago and Matt stated that it really didn't need the Zinc treatment so the amount used was negligible. As soon as they finished, they went to a next door neighbor's home that had asked me if they could clean their gutters as well. When I had the opportunity to talk with Matt or Daniel about some of these concerns, they had already started the other home and due to time constraints for myself and the crew we never had the chance to walk the property. I did have Daniel remove a small branch that had come off of the roof and he did. Why wasn't it cleaned like you said it would be?

It was fine. I used them again for something else. They are a little expensive though. We actually ended up using somebody else the next time because they are a little bit higher, but their service was fine and they did a good job. It wasn't reasonable but there are some folks out there who are doing the same work cheaper and just do their job. There was an additional fee because it was one of those ones that was easier to understand because it said this much and I needed to do more than that. I paid them to do a little more but it wasn't a lot more. It was like another $50 or 60. They did a great job but then I found out there were some folks out there that did it cheaper. It wasn't as much as the value. They did a great job. It was excellent service. I didn't have any problems. I didn't have them come back and do it again, but I could save a little money and do the same work. I didn't have any issues. I did use them again but after that time, I had another job quoted by them and somebody else and they ended up just being a little more expensive. I would call them for a quote, but I don't know if I would use them or not.

The service went well. The cleaners showed up on time and the gutters looked clean afterwards. The only downside was the big extra fee. My house is only 1770 "finished" square feet but 2280 if you include the unfinished basement. Chinook included the unfinished basement area, so I was charged an additional $65 on top of the $129 Angie's List deal. So, if you're reading the fine print, don't forget to include any unfinished area of your home in the calculations. Thought that was weird considering I'm not sure how an unfinished basement impacts gutter cleaning. As a follow up, I asked Nicole their customer service rep to reconsider the additional fee b/c King County records, Redfin and now Zillow state that our home is 1770 square feet. She responded basically too bad b/c Zillow is not a reliable source. What? She just said they rely upon Zillow for their source of data for billing. See for yourself: Hi Jessica, Zillow allows the general public to edit this information, similar to wikipedia, therefore, the latest email you sent me is irrelevant. Additionally, you already confirmed the total square footage is 2,280. Your account is due, please remit payment. Thanks, Nicole My response: Wow - talk about customer service here (being sarcastic). First, I said with an unfinished basement, it's 2280 square feet. The unfinished basement is about 510 square feet. The "finished" square footage is 1770 per county property records (the most accurate data out there). Your comment suggest that Chinook should rely upon a different site than Zillow to determine square footage of a home. How about county records or Redfin?

Since we had a major storm last week, the crews were very busy and running late. However, I had been notified in advance and I was called when they were on their way. This team was different from the guys I was expecting and I regret I didn't learn their names. They were friendly, completely professional, worked quickly and explained what had been done. Since I took advantage of their Angie's coupon, I felt I got a really good deal considering how much needed cleaning up. It was completely satisfactory and I will be calling them again next time.

Jay was prompt in providing an estimate and the services were provided as scheduled. One employee was running a few minutes late and had the courtesy to call to let me know he'd be about 15 minutes behind schedule - this is a first and won them mega points. The work was done promptly and looks great. Every employee I encountered was very friendly, seemed honest and were very responsive. Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

These guys did a great job. They were on time and worked until the job was done. I would use them again.

They did a good job, and left the yard looking clean. I would have appreciated a follow-up call to confirm that there were no issues (currently or soon-to-come), but otherwise, I'm very pleased. I requested a follow-up via email, but I guess no news is good news.

Michael is fabulous. He is very efficient, meaning that he does quality work in the appropriate amount of time. He did not rush but accomplished a lot in the time frame given. I would hire Michael to come back anytime.

Went very well and would hire again. The two man crew who showed up to clean our gutters were very courteous and worked efficiently. They took the time to answer several questions about what they would be doing and about the state of my gutters and roof. At the end I asked how often I would need to get my gutters cleaned and they were honest (about every 2 years) even though that may mean less work from me. Overall would certainly hire again.

The provider showed up did the Job, they did charge us more as the area was bigger than that contracted by the Angies list coupon.

Service was excellent, completed in a timely manner. The workmen were thorough and pleasant.

They were twice the price than the last person that did that and they did such a poor job we had to call them back. They came out months ago now. There was an additional charge for a second story. My husband was the one that dealt with them. I don't think there was much push back, it was kind of a sloppy job. They left some screens out and they left there materials here and they missed a window and just really sloppy work. They did resolve the problem when they did come back out. They were pretty prompt.

The provider was a bit late but he kept me informed of the delay. He did a good job.
